Yeah I agree, honestly I always thought tipping was for something someone did over and beyond the job they're already paid to do. Otherwise why am I tipping them for what they already normally do? Especially not that self checkout stuff, that's just beyond ridiculous...
I agree, at restaurants is ok for them to expect tips. But at starbucks and all these grab and go places come on that's crazy.
I saw that tipping at the self checkout for a $70 charge. I tipped my self $5 and payed $65
