Here's my routine : (you can skip reading this, its lengthy) Wake up-2:am Phone-2am to 3am Breakfast-4:00 Phone (again) -4:30 to 5:00 Eat again-5:30 Spend time with family(my phone died)-6:30 Randomly eat again-7:30 Phone(I'm cooked)-7:40 to 9:30 Dinner-10:00 Tea-10:30 Phone(cuz i don't have anything to do)-10:30pm to (night) 1:00 Eat-1:30 i can't sleep!!-2:30 Overthinking-2:30am to 3:30 Finally sleep-4:30 (I'm cooked)
It's good that you have been in a routine, In addition to that cleansing eyes and nose there should be a key factor to observe, if the water were use to cleanse isn't pure (pure doesn't means clear water to naked eyes) there will be a chance of getting some deadly health diseases. Take precautions while practicing these.
Namaste! For neti, one should use warm saline water which ensures safety. Def be careful for eye cleaning. And not only water, one must be careful about the vessels too. I caught an eye infection because my eye cup was not properly clean
An Ayurvedic lifestyle is incredibly therapeutic and healthy, and practices like Jal Neti are great for clearing sinuses. But it’s super important to maintain proper hygiene while doing it, as improper methods can lead to serious risks like the rare but fatal PAM disease. Jal Neti can help remove harmful mucus, but it also flushes out some good antibacterial and antiviral agents, so it’s better to do it only when needed, not every day. I follow Ayurveda myself and love its benefits, but if you’re trying something new, make sure to do your research and prioritize safety!
For nasal cleansing, use a few drops of warm sesame oil or your preferred medicated oil . Tilt your head back and place the drops in each nostril. Gently inhale to allow the oil to reach deep into the nasal passages. For eye cleansing, create a dough ring around your eyes, fill it with ghee or Triphala water, and let your eyes soak for a few minutes. Hope this helps!
Namaste! Every action must have some intention. For eg, in yoga, we do a forward fold with an intention of stretching the hamstrings and the calves and also elongate the spine. Likewise, the intention of drinking hot water with lemon in the morning is to relieve constipation and not to gain vitamins. I hope I was able to help you up understand this part of my routine.
Hlw DiDi... lemon water morning mein pine se weight loss ho jati hai kya kyuki mujhe weight loss nhi weight gain karna hai mujhe lemon water pina chahiye ya nhi plz rply
Namaste!I understand that our schedules may differ, so the routine in this video is tailored specifically to my needs. However, I encourage you to draw inspiration from it to create your own routine. Crafting a personalized routine took me quite some time as I learned from others and adapted what suited me best while considering my time and resources. I hope you find the same success in creating a routine that works well for you in the future.
@@_radhikajagtap Thanks for the advice sis, though it may take some time I'd certainly like to integrate it in my lifestyle. But to be honest it will be quite a challenge, so thanks for the motivation
Take a glass of water till top of the glass and place ur eye and do clockwise or anticlockwise rotations for 10 secs (idk the time period ) . that's it
Namaste! I appreciate your perspective, but based on my experience receiving abhyanga from various Ayurvedic centers and schools, I'm quite certain that abhyanga isn't limited to just upward motions. There might be different approaches or techniques taught in different places, but the essence of abhyanga remains consistent. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
Riya, the oil is edible. Also, if you're considering oil pulling, I recommend checking your body type (prakriti) before selecting the oil. Personally, being of vata prakriti, I've opted out of using coconut oil for oil pulling and abhyanga because it's cooling in nature and not the best fit for me. Warm oils like sesame (til oil) are more suitable for vata prakriti. Nevertheless, oil pulling has truly made a positive impact on my life.
As a student of Ayurveda, you understand that it lacks fixed rules. Each body is unique, requiring habits tailored to individual constitution, health conditions, goals, and family dynamics. Embracing an Ayurvedic lifestyle involves adapting practices accordingly. As an Ayurvedic student, you should appreciate others' efforts to live this lifestyle, and you can enhance their experience by offering valuable insights and guidance.
@_radhikajagtap I loved this routine but can you please make a morning routine video considering mother’s who have school going kids? It’s very hard to cope up with so many things when it comes to self care.
Namaste! I hope this message finds you well. I sincerely hope my reply does not disappoint you, but I must share my honest thoughts. I gently suggest that you don't rely on anyone else to build a routine for you, my dear. Everyone's life, challenges, and circumstances are unique, so it's important to create a routine tailored specifically to you. It took me over six months to develop a routine that aligns with my life goals, work and family commitments, personal strengths, and concerns. Here’s what I did to build my routine: I clearly wrote down my goals, which helped me prioritize. I watched numerous UA-cam videos to gather inspiration for different routines. I studied topics of my key interests, such as yoga and Ayurveda. I wrote down my routine and assigned time slots to each activity. Initially, I focused on completing all the activities I planned, but not necessarily at the exact times. It takes a lot of effort to get all your activities timed correctly before they become habits. For example, I used to bathe after yoga, but now I bathe before my yoga practice. Once I became habitual with the activities, I built a consistent routine around them. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. P.S.: Being a mother is incredibly challenging, so I'm sending you warm hugs! Best wishes!
@@_radhikajagtap No your reply does not disappoint me at all. I am glad that you took time to reply. How is that one day.. it would be at least midnight by the time I got to the meditation. I don’t understand how time is literally so dramatically different for everyone.
I too left my house at 6:30 for 10 years of my life due to school and college. Everyone has to. You can always build a routine as per your life, the way I have for myself. Good luck!
