It's better to abolish collegium. Appointments in judiciary should be done on the basis of performance.
INSTEAD AMENDING CONSTITUTION, BETTER TO ABANDING RESERVATIONS AND IMPLEMENT limitations AS THE PEOPLE CONSISTING 10 TO 15.P.C ARE ENJOYING MORE THAN 50 0C IN ALL ASPECTS DEPRIEVING RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND WORKING THEIR WAY OF BENEFITS.
