Enjoyed this last 3 part video trip. I felt that filming and dialogue was at a next level. Very much makes one feel you are on the trip. Having Mike film some adds a lot. I have found those alder creeks tough. Nice you give viewers a realistic idea of what one has to deal with. I’ve done a few tough ones in NB. I like having a little more cooking - always looking for ideas. Probably I would have eaten a bit more of the fish :-)
Thanks Craig, completely agree Mike filming adds ALOT, hopefully he films more on future trips! Small alder creeks like these can be tricky, they change so much even just month to month depending on water level, if others have passed/cleared them etc. it can make planning your days tougher, I always try and leave more time just in case.
Nice video, I was wondering about your verdict about sitting in a cabin and you answered that right at the beginning I've been to 3 mile two times but never really thought of fishing it, next time I am there I will definitely make a few cars for smallies

Hehe we had a bad experience the first time we ate fresh caught bass… didn’t try it again for years… the bass on this trip was indeed delicious!

Definitely fish 3 mile, didn’t get any this trip but I caught my PB lake trout on 3 mile.
