If Im not mistaken, the Japanese guy with the red Fender Jaguar is Shigeo Naka, a guitarist known for his work in the Surf Coasters, an instrumental rock group

All four Ventures guitarists - Wilson, Bogle, Edwards, and McGee, plus Leon Taylor, plus the Dr. K Project, plus Yuzo Kayama (!) plus Shigeo Naka!! Shigeo is the lead guitar player of the Surf Coasters, perhaps the best surf/instro band of the last 10 years.
