I've taken most of these routes in one direction or another. This is obviously spring/summer/autumn, going by the walkers in shorts, with the routes looking nice and dry too. Pretty brave taking the Slateford Aqueduct like that. i either walk my bike across or slip off further further up the path onto Lanark Rd then join the Water of Leith path.
Yeah we did this ride last August when it was nice and dry! I haven't made my way up these trails since it has been winter so looking forward to getting back to the Pentlands soon 👍
Apologies for the delayed response! I have the route in the description if you click on that, we saw them at around the 44k point. Sorry I don't know the exact name of the location so I hope that helps!
Brilliant video, brilliant route.

Edinburgh has fantastic cycling options in all directions. Midlothian and East Lothian are just amazing
Gonna try it out in a couple weeks, just getting a couple upgrades before. Awesome video.

Hey Matt, great video! I sent you a Strava request. I would like to ask you a couple questions about the route. Thanks!
Awsome route! What part of Pentland hills did you see the highland cows?
