you have that indent because of where you placed your items. put the phone in the main compartment since it seems to be the bulkiest/biggest, and put the key holder in the pocket since its what youll be taking out to use more frequently and will fit better

I came across this review, and while I respect your honest opinion I feel like the issues you have are to do with the key that sticks out which I feel normally wouldn't be an issue also you have a very bulky phone case. This is a suppose to be a wallet on chain so you could use the card insert it comes with because then you wouldn't need a card holder and its alot flatter. I hope you have done what's best for you when it comes to keeping it or not
I’ve just ordered this bag for nights out & dates. I’m expecting it hold my phone (don’t use pop sockets, I use the stick on ring stand for space anyway ), my keys & my ID. I just use Apple Pay instead of cash. as long as it holds these I’m happy

If your key is sticking out like that in the key holder, it sort of defeats the purpose as one of the reasons for a key holder is to prevent the keys from scratching the inside of your purse. Consider the key pouch to zip your keys inside or a mini catchall if the key is super long.
The key pouch doesn't fit my keys and when I use a smaller bag I just bring the keys I need with me if the holder doesn't fit
Felicie is a "WALLET" on a chain. 🤦🤦 Not sure why people think they can stuff this mini bag to the brim. It's a wallet, if you can fit little knick-knacks in there, then it's a bonus. Again, it's a wallet. If you need a handbag, buy a HANDBAG and do not buy a wallet 🤦🤦🤦

It is a wallet on a chain.. I like her got this bag and returned it because it's to small... I think ppl want a cute cross body and would get the favorite however it's unavailable now. I think ppl get the felice for that reason...

Yeah I want to love it so much cos it's so pretty. I'm using my key pouch for keys right now and that helps it fit a lot better so I keep trying stuff to love it 😂
I just got this bag and love it! I don’t see myself using it alone, I throw it inside my LV artsy and use it as a wallet which I’ve found works well for me. Great video!

I have the same WOC as yours! The only way it works if you are the type that bring little stuff.. and to me the inserts are useless so maybe you can sell them on tradesy/fashionpile

I didn’t do a research before getting it either. Then I had to return it...though it’s cute. And the scratches on the button bothered me...With this price I would go for another classic Speedy 30.
