I ended up buying this as my first bag after seeing your review a while ago.. also 5’1” and find the strap a bit long but you did mention that. I do notice however with wear the front flaps of the bag seem to curl a bit forward and don’t stay straight and I think it doesn’t look as nice with time. However with the price increase of this I’m still happy I bought it when I did ☺️ I ended up buying yet another bag from LV that has a shorter chain strap so I end up using the Felicie as a shoulder bag and it makes all the difference
I agreed! The strap is long. I wouldn't wear it if I didn't adjust the strap the way I did and I also noticed the flap curls upward so now when I store it, I lay it flat with the flap side down. Glad you got it before the price increase :)
I have the Felicie Pochette as well. And love this bag! I have also been considering getting a second in a different color way. One way I shorten the strap... the first step starts very similar to yours... where I pull the clasp through the D ring (but the opposite direction you did), and then hook the clasp on the opposite D ring. So you'll essentially have both clasps hooked to the same D ring and the chain will form a triangle. If that makes sense. It also allows you to do a double strap and wear as a shoulder bag, kinda like the functionality of a chanel classic flap. Hope that helps! ❤️

It's the Favorite in the pm size. They discontinued this size a few years ago. I'm also aware that they also discontinued the Favorite in the MM size recently.
Ohh difficult choice. The pochette is more formal when compared to the nano because of the gold chain. The nano is a very casual bag. So depending on the outing and how I dress up.

For this particular bag, the canvas is thick and it's line with fabric. I know a lot of the newer pieces have a softer canvas so it all depends on what you're getting.

Btw, where did you get the purse display/storage shelf? Is it the billy bookcase from ikea? Also, is it ok for your bags to be inside a case where the leather can’t breathe? I do like that the bags won’t get dusty but I am afraid it might become too dry? That’s what I remember hearing from somewhere...
Yes, I love how I can do that to the chain. And yes, that is the billy bookcase from Ikea. I know you should not store your bags or leave them in their LV boxes because the box can dry out the leather, but I think in these book cases, they should be fine. I've had this storage shelf for years now and so far, haven't had any issues with any of my purses drying out. Again, just don't store them in the boxes. :)

Oh noooo..... I have both bags and they're so similar but so different too. If it helps, the favorite is more casual when you wear it with the long strap, the strap is not adjustable, but with the short gold chain it becomes classier, and you can fit more in it. Also, it is no longer made so you will have to buy it prelove. The felicie is a classy bag overall. With the button, closer, if you don't have much in it, it can be difficult to close because you have to snap it shut with something behind it, if that makes sense. Hopefully I was some help to you. I will say that I wear the favorite more.
They’re both very different styles. If you’re a minimalist I’d say go for the Felicie. You can wear it casually or on a date out. The PM is roomier but you can’t dress it up and down. If stuck between both, my best bet is to try it in store so you can get a better feel. Good luck 💕

This is a very small bag so even if you pack it, it won't be too heavy on your shoulders :)

Sorry, I don't own a 12 pro max so I can't answer your question. I currently have the 12 only and it holds the phone with a the insert fine.
