You guessed it, don’t try to do a 15 kg (33 pounds) PR... Ever. I had no chance, I couldn’t even hold it still and the bar just fell down on the safety pin. It made the loudest noise ever and half of the gym was looking at me while I was there pinned under the bar trying to do the roll of shame, rolling the bar to my down to my legs so I could get the fuck up and out of the gym into my house into my room where I silently cried to sleep...

Can you do a video on how to properly deload after finishing the program? I’m currently on week 6
Danny Dominguez normally deload like you would on any program. Either run the program at less weight or RPE, or take a week or two off. Re test your maxes and input into the program and run it again for 9 weeks.
Cut the weights in half and the volume in half... Its that easy
