Plus when you're a teenager, you've got natural huge amounts of test in your body. Also, none have really gotten stronger in a couple years, they've definitely stopped growing. Not allowed to do squats, deadlifts leg raises etc by my physical therapist. Got my X-rays 1 month ago.. I have a fucking compression Fracture in my vertebral. RESPECT BACK PAINS PLEASE! My PT says it might take 9 months.. and I'm only 17.

David get that tweak in your back checked out immediately!! It can be really serious and dangerous and can even require a year to heal. Don't prolong fixing it any longer you could be ruining your spine every set of squats or deadlifts.
Is it just me or, these guys look 2x bigger on thumbnails and on their instagrams? In videos they don't even looks as massed compared to their photos..
J.Khal fitness isn't about training or size or anything like that it's about angles lighting and how much sodium and preworkout you consume for an unethical pump
Glutes arent stablizing as they should when you do your squat, David. try doing this with a band, it might help flare up the glutes and allow better stabilization on the way up in your squat. I would do more glute bridges and crab walks with a band to help with the mobility and stabilization, if you watch your squat you flare your hips upwards and push the rest of the motion with your quads, which is gonna cause some lower back pain. if that makes sense. if it doesn't improve I don't know, just a personal trainers thought process into it.

hey David! I have a hyper extended back/anterior pelvic tilt that was causing some pinching pain in my lower back that hindered my squat and deadlift so badly. I fixed it by stretching my hip flexors before and after leg day, tightening up my form, and seeing a chiropractor. It would probably help to see a doc honestly you definitely don't wanna mess with your spine if you wanna keep lifting
