I hear you.. those membranes are NOT cheap. I run 4 RO units, made a mistake one time .. I recharged the large material tanks, but did not back wash fully.. and clogged my RO membranes.. Word of advice, when it time to change out the material on the large blue tanks.. make sure the backwash is for HOURS .. to clear all the dust and stuff. Good luck. I hear you, as the biz grows so does the daily maintenance. Fortunately I have wells.. so there is no cost of the water used for the BW. We backwash daily.. and get ready, so as you grow, so will the less time the RO last. Another note.. a rehab RO will last just a few months.. so keep that in mind.
They are great with support for both our home and at our water refilling station. What I like the most is they explain the system to us and gave us tips on the system. Their customer service after the sale is awesome!
maybe it's just my experience and where I am situated in Guimaras. We've had pressure switch issues, solenoid issues, vacuum issues..my system is offline again at the moment and it's frustrating my partner and I to no end
