I’m from Indianapolis and used to go to Madison square every year when I visited relatives in Huntsville as a kid. Though I was deeply saddened when I heard the mall closed I’m glad to see that the space where the mall once stood is being used to for something modern and great! Can’t wait to check it out one day.

We need to bring PERRY's Steak House and Wild Fire a restaurant from Northern Virginia. Also we need to bring more shopping like an IKEA so I don't have to travel all the way to Atlanta. Also what's the status of the MargaritaVille Resort? Will it have the full service SPA so I don't have to travel to the Gaylord Resort and SPA. I'm looking forward to see more night life here in Madison and Huntsville. I know COVID-19 has delayed a lot.
Great ideas!!!! I'm unfamiliar with Wild Fire, but I'm sure it's delicious. The last I checked we are still getting Margaritaville Resort. Covid put a hault on the progress but construction will start this year. Thanks so much for watching.

I've lived in Huntsville all my life and when I was a kid it seemed like it was so far out there. That was past the old Madison Co. Coliseum for goodness sake. The city at that time pretty much ended at Sparkman drive and anything past there was out in the country. Now the city almost goes to Athens! I spent a lot of my teen years at M.S.M. In the 80's . Granted there's a lot of land out there but it didn't seem like enough to build such a big development as Mid city. It looks very cool!
Haaaaa! Yes, I often ride around in amazement. My Dad worked off of Wall Triana. As a kid, driving to his workplace seemed like a field trip. 😂
Man Huntsville is coming up! Our hang out used to be Madison Square, the games and Walmart 🤣

I love this! I grew up in Huntsville and was at MSM on opening day! (The 80's was a great time to be a teenager, lol.) I moved away 10 years ago, but I'll likely retire to the area when the time comes since all my family and friends are there. I miss Huntsville and I'm glad to see it's thriving and growing.

Yeah, when it was in the planning stages it was way out there then, but now Huntsville pretty much touches Athens. When M.S.M. was first built, there wasn't much of anything past Sparkman Dr. and certainly nothing past Wynn Dr.

I live in Huntsville and I still do but I think we need more attractions and Huntsville just isn't the place for those of you who think it a cool place and I should move here
