-RECIPE-
For the pork (2kg)
-2 smalls apples or one large apple
-1 onion
-5 cloves of garlic
-20g fresh ginger
-100ml soy sauce (dark)
-5Tbsp brown sugar
-1 plum syrup (or plain)
-2Tbsp cooking sweet rice wine
-2Tbsp sesame oil
-1/2tsp black pepper
-500ml water
Watermelon spicy sauce(for 4)
-400g watermelon
-4Tbsp gochugaru
-3Tbsp gochujang
-4Tbsp vinegar
-4Tbsp syrup
-2Tbsp sesame oil
-3tbsp soy sauce
-1Tbsp minced garlic
-3Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
For Tteokggochi (5 skewers)
-3Tbsp soy sauce
-2tsp minced garlic
-5Tsbp of ketchup
-1Tbsp gochujang
-2Tbsp syrup

I needed this today. My younger brother passed away eight years ago today and so much of our time together was spent seeking out great food and cooking. half a day 가 한나절입니다. 한나절은 오전이나 오후 대략 6시간 정도를 의미해요. 저녁이나 새벽시간은 나절이라고 부르지 않아요. 반나절은 대략 세 시간 정도.
가비씨가 만든 음식을 즐기는 가족의 모습이 참 보기 좋네요.
