Can anybody clarify, when the pulp lever is set to close, then the pulp goes into the product making it a smoothie or does the pulp stay in the machine and you get juice?
By any chance do you know if the Hurom HH Elite can juice wheatgrass as well?

Customer service for the Hurom juicer is worthless - if you send in the base as we did (the motor went after 3 yrs it has a 10 yr worthless warranty), they don't do anything about it - just ignore you, you can say goodbye to your juicer. They won't answer any phone calls or e-mails. I made 5 phone calls and sent 4 e-mails to 2 different people to no avail. It's hard for me because I was taught to be held accountable and be respectful of others, and to treat others as I would want to be treated. I go out of my way to help others.

by any chance can this make hard things like ginger?
150w is too weak or I should buy 400w better??? I hear in long term use, and if use many time a week usually so 400w is better, stronger. Is that right? I don't know.
Today's slow juicers only need 180, 200 or 240 max watt motor higher the watt more noise which i hate, more rpms, so today 2021 I am buying 180 w slow juicer perfect budget price though it could shave off some more price still not bad ! In short 150 is low but not 180,200 or 240 etc watts.
