You truly reach my heart with your painting, it's similar to my childhood vision. I always used to draw this since I was a child. I'm going through the struggles with surviving as an artist with my business and part time job. While also healing from chronical disease. All day I focus on things that are not important to me, which is my part time job. I come home and I'm exhausted. I just had my week off (not payed) still exhausted... My computer stopped working to edit video's. I'm a little bit in a rut... I love how you express yourself and be free in your words. I am losing my words when recording play and dealing with this my whole life basically. That's why I knew UA-cam would be a good idea at least with one part of me which is healing my mental health and changing my inner beliefs. You make me feel like I'm not alone and you understand me. I appreciate this so much. Thank you for everything you do. ❤
Many artists who are now full time, took a part time job to support themselves as they grew their art business. I think it’s a healthy decision that will lead you to a bright and happy future. Good luck. Your work is beautiful. Fiona X
Thank you, Jara, for your art, your video, and your message. I am meeting you for the first time, through this video, and I am grateful for that. I have learned a lot about what is important, what is possible, and how changeable most of "me" really is. I breathe in and I breathe out, and some change happens with every breath. I look forward to seeing some of the other videos that you have already done, and to seeing where you go with your work and your life, in the time ahead. Again, my grateful thanks. Fare well.
Thank you for your wonderful comment. I'm so glad you enjoyed my video and I hope you also enjoy the other ones. Let's keep changing and discovering ourselves together. Blessings! ☺️
My dream is to be full time artist (own full room of art supplies), start YT channel (thinking about that 2 years, but I'm anxious when I have to speak english), go more outside in nature with kids...and fear, procrastination is so strong. Feel like I'm stuck in limbo... Also, feel so old, tire and with so many scars. Unlike me, you are very brave! 👏💪❤
You shouldn't fear, nothing beats taking the first step. I'm 41 and I finally started my art business this year. It's a slow growth but I'm happy I finally took the first step to my dream of being a full time artist. I hope you get the chance to do the same soon.
No matter the age, we all have scars and sometimes a tired heart. I think you are very brave for sharing and self-aware to be able to write your thoughts down like this. I really encourage you to just try and keep going if it brings you joy. No successful artist started with full room of art supplies and an easy path in front of them. We're all in this together! I'm rooting for you and I believe in you! ♥️
I can say i went through pretty much the same experience recently. For a couple of years being so obsessed with the idea of becoming a full time artist, thinking it can make me happy, and it was a lie i believed in. I was pushing so hard that i didnt see other oportunities to make living on doing other things i like doing. And i have tried the life of an artist, and i realized this is as much a job as any other. The time comes when It's not fun anymore because i think only about money and surviving and not the quality or artisting vision, and i don't allow myself to rest, and yet no real money come out from it. I'm not saying noone can live from art, but it's not for everybody. But i'm glad i've tried, because otherwise i would not understand it and would keep dreaming. My advice is, find a job that you LIKE, not LOVE if you want to stay healthy and happy. And keep your passion as something disconnected from your surviving
Thank you for your insight and your thoughts. I'm grateful I'm not the only one and I hope you found something you love to do after this experience. Yes, I agree. It is very much a job with tons of work and stress just like the other ones. I decided I'm gonna leave it as a hobby unless it seriously picks up by itself without my forcing. It will probably happen some day because I doubt I'm gonna stop doing art and posting it. But we'll see. For now I'm happy with just doing it part time. I hope you are doing well now and thank you for watching and sharing your experience! 💕
me to...i dream to be a full time artist...but it is not possible financialy. I have to work to support myself. But i still dream to be a full time artist and in 10 years when i retire....i will be finally a full time artist :) One day dreams can come true...but we have to be patient....Have a creative journey Jara...
You mentioned feeling tired and I wondered if you’re getting enough vitamin D 3+ K2. If you look it up you will find a lot of people are deficient because they don’t get enough sun where they live or they cover up due to skin cancer worries. It can make a huge difference to how you feel. Regards
Dear Jara, I understand your decision. You are one of the best painters with your landscapes. But you also deserve financial safety. Wishin' you the best.
Could you be a cottage maker instead of "full time artist"? Could you be a person who has many different streams of income. Could you be a creative that has many inspiring ideas to help people "be home". Just some thoughts to ponder. Blessings ☺️
There is some clinical suggestions of Depression in your voice. Maybe I'm wrong...check your Vitamin D levels and also do light therapy...maybe it's SAD... Seasonal Affective Disorder. I'm not trolling here. It's only a concern. Take care. I'm a fellow artist too.

A balance is very important. I hope you find that balance.
Yes, I also think that balance is everything. And we're always trying to achieve it. 😅 I hope you find it too. 🙏

I was actually thinking about getting tested and I probably will soon if I keep feeling this way.
Thank you for your care. 🙏💕
@ Anaemia is another thing that can make you feel tired. What a difference extra iron makes. I wish you well.

I understand your decision.

Thank you so much for your kind words. 🙏💕
Thats a very good one. I also prioritize art above everything.. but indeed you should put yoursèlf before the art!
Thank you for watching! I'm glad you agree. ☺️
