Interesting looking mats. I'm always wary of companies that don't have any reputation to uphold. One of the benefits of Thermarest, Sea To Summit, Snugpak etc. is that if something goes wrong, they actually care enough to try and fix it. Let's hope it was user error and not a defect.
There is no rain which can turn you back. You possess everything you need to always camp and enjoy nature - in all its forms -, from gear to skills to mindset.
1:09: Funny flask! Useful, too - finally one which can carry enough light alcohol for a day.
2:43: Nice colour on that tent, indeed!

4:48: Nice, having the sleeping bag come in a bag like that! It would be cool if it were tight when closed - to work as a pillow!
5:41: The sleeping bag looks nice! I have got something similar from LIDL. Left them inflated overnight once and they were all right in the morning. Did not sleep on them, though - which is what I should do one day soon.
7:36: How efficient is one such small burner? I am hesitant to get one - I can always carry a gas tank where I cannot make a fire using the available wood. But if it only takes a few sticks to make a steak or a soup, such a burner should be in every backpack.
7:50: Vegeta is from the part of the world I am in (666 km from my hometown in north-west Transylvania); the pronunciation is with a 'g sound' /g/ (that, from linguist me!). :)
8:16: Healthy food for Zoe, as always; she will live for ever. This combo today looks very tasty, too!

I did like that flask, but if truth be told I'd probably just whack a bottle in my pack if I was drinking without a mixer. Lovely woodland guys. Just a shame it faces a chainsaw massacre 😢 I absolutely love watching your vids. Just an all round, fun, feel good experience. Thx👍

The DD super light tarp actually comes with black guylines Pauline, although we did swap them out for longer ones.

Why can’t people see the wood for the trees and grow hemp and leave the bloody beautiful woodland alone, I know you did mention it is a crop but it doesn’t need be,it really doesn’t 👍🏻

Not 100% on those sleeping mats. Not that all Chinese made stuff is bad, they make loads of great stuff but when it comes to the 5.8 rating at that price? I'm happy to be proved wrong mind and would like to see some real testing in cold conditions. The fact it went down is also a concern. Then again, I have a mat, why am I talking about the mat? 😂 Shame those trees are going to be pulled down, do they have a disease? Hope you drank eve6in the hip flask 😅
Apparently they've had all the relevant testing and certification done on the ratings like any other mat, but time will tell like anything. The deflation issue was caused by the valve not being seated as expected. Apart from that they've been good on the last 2 outings. We'll see.....

I bought my first house on a cul-de-sac, which faced open country. I kept having intense dreams with monks in, and fancied I could still see them for a few moments after I woke. They weren't intimidating, just sort of passing through my room. Years later long after I'd sold the house, I saw a TV programme on the remains of a nearby monastery which showed the farm land the house was built on as in its grounds. I suspect time isn't as linear as we think.
