    Hi. We just booked to go before Xmas. What do U recommend for airport transportation for 2? Thank you

      You know, my Aunt's travel agent booked our group of 7 an airport shuttle round trip. It seamed the best way for most people to get to the resort. In your case, you two would go with strangers, lol. I don't really know the Uber or Lyft situation in Cancun, but I would investigate that route. Also, something I learned in Germany, the regular taxis are usually pretty reasonable outside of the US. Good luck!

    Just curious what transportation service did you use from the airport to the hotel?

    Great review. Just booked. Are the excursions included in the “all inclusive” package? Like your trip to telum or xel-ha?

      No, unfortunately ☹ All inclusive at this resort is just drinks, food and entertainment. Anything off property is extra. I did not pay for this, so I am not sure how much the trips cost, but do them together on the same day. It was a long 2 hour or more bus ride to Tulum, but the 2 locations are only about 30 to 45 minutes away from each other. Have fun!!!

      @@TravelCruisersvideos I went to the temple for free here’s how at the airport they got us to sign up with them to go to the temple and gave us paper work. at Crown Paradise there was this Tall guy with short hair and we told him about the airport guy and he said it was just a guy to get us to go to another resort to try to do a time share and he told us that if we have breakfast at the Mexican restaurant and go to the computer room and talk about doing a time share with them and they would give us coupons to go for free.

    How was the tipping situation? Did you need to exchange your currency to mexican peso’s ? Im an american planning to visit soon

    • @TravelCruisersvideos
      @TravelCruisersvideos  7 місяців тому

      Tips are included, I don’t remember tipping anybody. In fact, if you start, then you’ll have to do it every single time, lol. However, If you grab a stack of ones … They’d rather be tipped in American dollars if you so choose but nobody is expecting it.

      I tipped in Pesos if you go to the buffet and see a guy who wears glasses and walks with kinda a limp named Ricardo tipping him is worth it he will take your plate out your hand to your seat and even put your napkin in your lap for you. I wanted to smoke and he was even willing to go to the shop to get me a cigar. I started of with a 50 peso tip then gave a 100 then last time I went I gave him a 200 peso tip. Best services ever.

    Been to the crown paradise 10 time's now out of 15 trip's to mexico amazing all round hotel not the best in mexico but the staff make it worth it. Just back from this year in june and the sad thing is the beach is been a hit and miss for year's due to the weather they get full strip needs a beach regeneration done on it again from hurricane wilma year's ago

      😂 hey Stuart, Scott or Scott Stewart… Yeah I think in my review is a little bit too negative. I had a fantastic time I kept saying that, but I think the whole thing comes across as the beach sucks and the food sucks. lol, but you’re right the staff was great… And there’s nothing wrong with in the drinks in the swim up bar in the adult pool. I thought the resort always had a lot of activity and things going on and it was just a lot of fun. How was the food this time? And how was the weather? Was it still hot?

      The beach is better definitely than u were at the resort in 2021 allot more maintenance has been done to the resort aswell as a colour change look at some recent videos on UA-cam for them. The food was above average it's npt what i was like when i was there 20 years ago as it's priced as a medium hotel not like one of the riu or hard rock but always something to eat and the staff is what makes the place i have know the lobby staff and bar staff and restaurants staff for over 15 year's could defo do with a wee lift in food in some place's but overall a great 4 star hotel defo not the 5 plus it used to be

    • @TravelCruisersvideos
      @TravelCruisersvideos  10 місяців тому +2

      Only the French restaurant...and they are strict about it! All other restaurants are "come as you are" and no dress code.
