Hey man it’s been 4 months now but I encourage you to reapply. Can’t speak firsthand, but a good mate of mine got that same exact rejection email in late May of last year, reapplied as early as July that _same year,_ and got hired.

I apply for cashier got an email a month later saying there weren’t positions for cashier, then went to the store to ask a lady about job applications and said that they have cashier positions available. That got me confused and target does not let me apply for cashier again it says that I already apply 😕

What are some examples of the questions they would ask in the phone interview?
I got a text for start date. They didn’t call me to say if I got it and when I call hr I never get an answer
I remember interviewing at target where the hr manager who interviewed me didn't even have any experience in hr. He was with the company as a production manager and made a lateral move. That goes to show how little your qualifications will matter to a company like target. All they care about is finding people they can take advantage of while promoting their unqualified buddies to higher-level positions. Don't work for target and don't listen to anyone who seeks to justify their contentious business practices. You are just a number.
If you need to call do you call a week after you initially apply? And what's the number

I kept getting the same response bc I'm only available during the day . I didn't give up & I just kept applying to locations I knew I could easily get to on time . I finally got a interview & I'm super nervous

Do you put specific times for availability or can I say 8 am to 10 pm in order to get an interview?
I put in 9am-3pm on weekdays only and I got an interview.

I just applied but also send me a third-party to fill up the WOTC, also in the email I received says to fill it up but I'm not sure if I should because it ask you for SSN and other personal info.
I haven’t got that email yet from them. I have got that email for other companies I applied at and I felt the same way you did. I didn’t fill it out because it asked for my social security number. I find that odd also.
ive noticed that also, but since theyre legit companies i always thought it was ok to provide my ssn. i kinda figured theyre only asking for the last 4 digits anyways cant be so bad right? but now im concerned :/

For the online application, it gave me to choices. 1, to auto-fill with a resume, and 2, to fill manually. does doing any of that affect the way they'll look at you? or are they the same.

Hi, idk if it made me look different or not, but all i know is that i got rejected 4 times 🥲 but the auto fill works pretty good but I'd suggest double checking it lol.

I just did the interview online , it was kinda weird for me ,but hopefully I did good and can get hired ! Cashier was the only thing available at the time I applied.

Sadly no, that's something I really dislike about the process. It will make you put your resume manually which kinda sucks. But its not too bad!

I was in the same position honestly just work your a** off😂 and try to A really good job like make it seem you care also finishing task and doing other task it’s really important be on time and you should be asked to stay it’s not many good workers😅

Don't give up keep applying and try to open your availability
I told them i could come in on they earliest hours every day and i could leave on they latest everyday. Dont mind working holidays. Dont mind working at a store 5-15 miles away. I checked full, part, and seasonal position. Willing to do 40 hours a week. They sent me an email that they dont want me. Damn you dont want a person thats willing to slave labor for money? Felt like i would be an exceptional one for hire

Got an interview 2 days I made this comment and hired a week after I was seasonal but they decided to keep me because I would take extra shifts and would extend my 4 hour ones to 8 I like it honestly been there about 5-6 months now good coworkers good environment sometimes the work can be alot at times but ehh I just make the best of it I work in general merchandise and sometimes inbound

@@janetstar702 spent an hour walking around looking for a toy I couldn't find on multiple occasions training team didn't offer much training plus the walking was ridiculous
