The license that is floating around online does not have R. Kelly's and Aaliyah's signature, and in order to be legally recognized in the state of Illinois, the marriage license must have the signatures of the officiant, bride, groom, and must be filed with clerk of courts within 60 days. This morning I left a message with Chicago's special prosecutions human trafficking division, requesting a copy of this marriage license and the infamous sex tape (though it is all online). Also, though anyone can be mistaken, because we were not there, the tape is blurry, and the chain of custody on that tape was lost, the woman in question does look like Reshonda Landfair - her features are not easily mixed with someone elses - plus the video shows her a lot clearer than it shows the man - this was done on purpose, because the man is NOT R. Kelly. Idk R. Kelly personally, but it's not hard to at least look at the evidence we have: the marriage license, the INFAMOUS tape, and the fact that there is not ONE picture of Aaliyah and R. Kelly, which is at the very least witness tampering, and along with GREYGOOSE VODKA's founders ties to the FBI as far back as J. EDGAR HOOVER'S reign, coercion is evident, etc.. Jamie Foxx had a deal with Greygoose Vodka in 2018, the same year filming for "Surviving R. Kelly", yet now someone has tried to kill Jamie Foxx? It is clear Bonjean dropped the ball. Steve Greenberg even stated that R. Kelly himself said that he and Aaliyah had been married, but how? Where is the marriage license? If Greenberg was referring to the marriage license that was published in Vibe Magazine in 1994, then why didn't Greenberg see for R. KELLY - THIS IS WHAT MAKES HIM THE KING OF R&B ❤ Wikipedia states that Aaliyah, R.I.P., was MARRIED to R. Kelly when she was 15, but where is the MARRIAGE LICENSE ??? The license that is floating around online does not have R. Kelly's and Aaliyah's signature, and in order to be legally recognized in the state of Illinois, the marriage license must have the signatures of the officiant, bride, groom, and must be filed with clerk of courts within 60 days. This morning I left a message with Chicago's special prosecutions human trafficking division, requesting a copy of this marriage license and the infamous sex tape (though it is all online). Also, though anyone can be mistaken, because we were not there, the tape is blurry, and the chain of custody on that tape was lost, the woman in question does look like Reshonda Landfair - her features are not easily mixed with someone elses - plus the video shows her a lot clearer than it shows the man - this was done on purpose, because the man is NOT R. Kelly. Idk R. Kelly personally, but it's not hard to at least look at the evidence we have: the marriage license, the INFAMOUS tape, and the fact that there is not ONE picture of Aaliyah and R. Kelly at least kissing, eventhough Demetrius Smith claims that he kept a camera on him because he was a photographer, and he claims that he made the wedding POSSIBLE. It is not R. Kelly ejaculating in and urinating on Reshonda. To sway the public's opinion, Vibe Magazine 1994 (Quincy Jones, Danyel Smith, Demetrius Smith, Craig Hodges, Barry Hankerson, etc.), Surviving R Kelly (JayZ, Dream Hampton, Jim Derogatis, Michael Avenatti, etc.), and Judge Ann Donnelly allowed a falsified marriage license in as evidence. Yet, a marriage license cannot be officiated in Illinois without the signatures of the bride, groom, officiant, and filing it with the clerk of court within 60 days of the signing.
R. Kelly deserves our sympathy and deepest empathy because he has worn this Scarlet Letter P since 1994 all because of HATERS. From what I have read so far, Bonjean only tried to prove EXTORTION and MOTIVE to LIE. But the public believes that R. Kelly is a pedophile because of Aaliyah (R.I.P.) and Reshonda Landfair. So, proving that everyone lied or tried to extort money from R. Kelly is not helping to free him, because the jury, the judge, the prosecutor, Sony, Spotify, etc., still think that he is guilty, and to be frank, they don't care if they have to lie and cheat to convict him. Even Bonjean seems like she was a plant, but I guess she didn't expect R. Kelly to reach out to vloggers for help #1 Bonjean did not work to impeach Azriel Clary eventhough there was witness tampering by Tasha K and those text messages #2 Bonjean did not work to exclude the infamous sex tape though it's chain of custody or even the people on the video cannot be identified, because I knew that wasn't R. Kelly back in 2002 urinating on Reshonda #3 Bonjean did not work to have the infamous marriage license excluded, eventhough it is clearly a falsified contract (a marriage license is a contract that MUST be filled out properly and turned into the clerk of court within 60 days AND needs at least 5 signatures to be LEGALLY recognized in the state of IL: bride, groom, witness, officiant, and clerk of court) #4 also, Bonjean knew that GREYGOOSE VODKA (a BILLION DOLLAR owner) had offered Reshonda Landfair money to testify against R. Kelly, which is at the very least witness tampering, and along with GREYGOOSE VODKA's founders ties to the FBI as far back as J. EDGAR HOOVER'S reign, coercion is evident, etc.. Jamie Foxx had a deal with Greygoose Vodka in 2018, the same year filming for "Surviving R. Kelly", yet now someone has tried to kill Jamie Foxx? It is clear Bonjean dropped the ball. Steve Greenberg even stated that R. Kelly himself said that he and Aaliyah had been married, but how? Where is the marriage license? If Greenberg was referring to the marriage license that was published in Vibe Magazine in 1994, then why didn't Greenberg see for R. Kelly to PLEAD NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY like the man in the movie Sling Blade's attorney did for him? After all, to believe that such document is really legally binding, it would mean that something is mentally wrong, and an attorney could use that to their advantage by allowing their client to plead NGI. So, was Greenberg and Connick plants? When Cheryl Mack mentioned the name Jay Z, Connick objected, but why? We know that Jay Z was behind Surviving R. Kelly. A lawyer has to be able to pay EXTREME attention to detail. But they should at least know the MAIN steps/actions/briefs/motions/etc. that they can take/file, before, during, and after trial, so that innocent people are not rotting in prison until the lawyer gets it right. For example, if this appeal doesn't go through, is the next step to file a WritofHabeasCorpus / HabeasCorpus or a WritofCertiorari / Certiorari accompanied by an AmicusCuriaeBrief / AmicusCuriae , vice versa, and/or ??? And if the appeal is granted, and the prosecution/govt wants to proceed to another trial, then will it be the exact same MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE ??? Either way, now the entire world knows what it is like being an African (American) living in America (the States) smh.
