Should be opt in not opt out.. You've basically caused a minor nuisance to all of your customers with no children, or those over 18. Congrats.
this should be an opt-in service like all the other ISPs like BT which my dad has or virgin which is what my uncle has.....
I never installed this shield to my network, yet sky shield appears to be blocking many websites for me, is there a reason for this being activated without my consent?
help it wont let me change my settings it just says that its available to sky customers with an active broadband subsciption

I understand that sky broadband shield has age ratings for websites such as pg, 13 and 18 but how can you prove your age when using a certain device? . For example if you're 21 years old and want to access a website with violence or adult content via something like a smartphone and the shield settings block that website for the pg and 13 categories, how do you access it?

I find it amusing how my 10 year old sister can access virtually any online game on her Laptop, but my ps4 can't even connect to my friends list (I'm 18 and restricted to internet. what has become of my life?) What's worse is, I only get 0.4KB of Upload speed when I do connect, making my streams stop entirely!
