- In this vlog we head to Toverland in The Netherlands for an action packed day at one of our favourite European theme parks. In this vlog we share on ride POV's from all of the major rides at the park including Troy, Fēnix, Dwervelwind and many more. We also have a soaker of a ride on Djengu River as the park added extra water effects due to the extreme heat during our visit.
We also stay at Toverland until 11pm to experience the parks Midsummer Evenings event that consists of a themed firework show, various other entertainment offerings and a chance to ride some of our favourite attractions in the dark! In this vlog we share highlights from this fantastic event including the Troy fire show, live music and an awesome high dive show! All of this and so much more in our most action packed vlog yet from Toverland.

I love how pretty much all the vlogs on TPW show us a complete day at the park, youre not just riding and re riding the coasters but also experiencing all the shows and just the general feel of the park. Superb video again!

Shawn probably is wearing the Go pro. So the only thing the kid sees is a crazy English guy talking to himself in a pirate ship. I can't really blame the kid to be honest.😉

I was in Toverland when I was like 4 and my dad forced me on the treetrunk ride (like the splash ride) and I was absolutely terrified. I was crying the entire ride and hours after loll. Still scarred. Dont force your kids on rides people!
When it's Halloween at the park, Troy has flame throwers in the middle of the helixes.
Yes and the track is light up with red and a little bit of purple lights.

Omg I went to toverland 2 weeks ago too and I saw you on the booster bike ride. I also went on every ride at the park. And I was the girl two lines in front of you on the left on Troy.
Whenever i get sad, i come and watch this video and the 2019 walibi holland and efteling videos, because these were some of my first videos that i watched on this channel, and tiverland is also one of my favourite parks even though ive only been once.
Love these parks and can’t wait to get back!

The last ride I went on was the mad mouse at Blackpool..........yes a very long .time ago as I broke my back 40 years ago and that put an end to my coaster riding. So a big big thank you. Chriss. Xxx

I made my first visit to Toverland this year on the back of a TPW vlog and it did not disappoint. I greyed out for the first time on Fenix and Dwervelwind is my new favourite spinning rollercoaster. Really pleased to have been here.
Charlotte wins!!! And so do we. A cracking vlog full of great on-ride footage, especially at night. Charlotte's solo ride was excellent, with the fireworks in the distance. Don't be afraid to talk about how hot it is, or any other overriding conditions, because that makes for a more immersive experience. That Troy was a screamer! You could feel the speed. Yep, a fun if sticky day. But...fries and mayo? That disturbs me as much as you not having a slice of pizza. Eat, Shawn! Food is our friend. And, as fun as today was, I know there will most likely be no filming on-ride at the next park. Let me just say ahead of time: RATS!

WOW! Merlin's Quest looks Disney Level engineered, beautiful. The wife and I will be spending January through August of 2020 in the UK and France, looking forward to visiting this park.

I live way closer to Bobbejaanland and Walibi Belgium, but I see this as my home park because this is by far the park I've visited the most and that's with a reason. The overall experience is 100 times better than those Belgian parks.
As a person who lives 5 minutes away from Bobbejaanland I must agree! We go way more to Efteling and Toverland than any other themepark in Belgium. Plopsaland is nice, but to far away for us.
What an interesting park. The atmosphere really comes across well and what an amazing fireworks show !
So funny how u love it when there are a lot of people in the park, if all queues were walk on and the park was empty, I would be in heaven

I see Toverland becoming almost like a Cedar Fair/ Universal styled park. Picturesque entrance with a few large stand out attractions either side of a central landmark of the park. I feel a Hyper will be a great addition to this park, and will draw more thrill seekers to the park.
They already made this mistake with fenix last year and it didnt work. And thrillseekers dont bring in the money and they keep the families away.
You have been to Toverland more times than me eventhough I live just a little more than an hour away from there xD

Toverland has certainly come a long way. I grew up living close to this park and have nice nostalgic memories there. To be able to have seen it grow from one hall to what it is now is simply a privilege.

My son and I loved the vlog! We've been to Toverland today! Also to the "midzomeravond" unfortunately we've had some rain tonight, but the atmosphere was still amazing. Amazing how much this park has grown from a small building to a large theme park in such a small space of time!

We went last week on Wednesday and it's the best theme park day I ever had. We normally always go in September to beat the crowds but it wasn't crowded at all. Longest we waited was maybe 15 minutes earlier in the day. In the evening everything was pretty much walk on and the park comes so much more to life. I'm glad you managed to get on Troy in the dark. It was the most crazy and best ride I've ever experienced and can't wait to ride Wodan in the dark in December.
What a trooper Charlotte! Going on Troy for a solo night ride while Shawn went to see the fireworks...Great call. Loved your screaming sound FX! Looks like you two had a magical time. I'm so very happy for you two and extremely Jealous. This video got me fired up so I'm gonna go to Knotts Berry Farm at 9am tomorrow for early entry. Hit up Hang Time and Xcelerator before work at noon :)
Started watching ur channel 2 weeks ago and as a 34 year old and yeah I love theme parks but I don’t go to them regular it’s great to see keep up the great work and let Charlotte get more screen time she us a great presenter

I thought the firework display was average until the beat drop in the Troy soundtrack where the fireworks exploded, man that part gave me chills 😂
Seeing you guys running up that volcano, reminded me of a super funny story. (Happened at the Toverland volcano too!) There was this kid flexing with getting up and others not being able too. But he didnt go off the slide. So somehow he had to go down. This kid goes full speed running down the volcano and at the bottom just falls forwards on his face. It looked like the funniest thing ever. People were laughing too. That kid must have been soooooo emberrased xD

Finally catching up with the vlogs from this trip. Just added Toverland to our must do parks list. Troy looks amazing and Fenix, love a wing coaster. The whole park looks lovely. Really enjoyed Charlotte’s whooping through the Troy night ride too.

Toverland is one of my favourite parks and I grew up with it which is absolutely amazing
I first went there as a little child when it was only the inside buildings and when I grew up all the more interesting coasters were build

What a fun vlog from what looked like a very fun day. I wanted Andy to be sitting next to you on the Viking ship, so he could belt out “YOU’RE ON THE TELLY NOW!” to the kid that stared at you the whole ride. Also, A spinny ride next to food seating seems like an odd choice.
Today it´s 18 degrees cold in Haarlem and Amsterdam and it´s raining and raining. Watching your vlog desperately wants me to get back to the 38 degrees in the week of July 22nd. :(

Troy is amazing. When you exit there is a little steap mini drop that gives the ride so much extra oomph in the final section.

If you're planning om coming back to toverland I really recommend it during Halloween with a loth of scary themes, spooky actors and different scare zones!

You really need to do Toverland Halloween at some point. They stick fire effects om everything haha. Fireblasters in the drop area of Troy and in the helix of Boosterbike and they add fire to the fountain show as well.
