Hey Brett, saw you last nite (Feb 2) at the Palms with my sons who got me tix for xmas. Sounded fantastic and you probably saw us dancing in our seats. They grew up on my Oz music and know all the songs. Congrats to all, was a gr8 show and you've got all the licks. If you're doing the "A Crawl to Now" show in Wang this Friday I'll look you up as I'm going w/ my mate from Beechworth. Rock on
@@BrettKingman Cool. I read it's an acoustic set so will still enjoy. I think at Palms James said your keyboard player was AWOL, I'll be back at Palms again in a month or two as you're sounding so gr8, if you have keyboards do you do Rip it up? Great song and riff. Mentioned my sons got the tix for Sat nite and #2 reminded me Oh no not you again was the first 3 chord song I taught him on acoustic. Both boys are in their 30's and have my 'old' taste in Oz music. You've been part of the sound track. BTW been watching your UA-cam gear tutorials and got some gr8 tips. Thx. Rock on Brett
Haven’t watched yet, wondering what the ’Melbourne venue’ is? Love James Reyne, and any and all Musicians involved with the Iconic, historic (now 😃) songs and music from Reyne and Co. onya Mr. Kingman. As much a part of the James Reyne sound as anyone. 🙏
I played a solo or two during the sessions, but the winning hand was indeed played by the late, great Ian Bairnson, during extra sessions in London. I have to play that solo every night and it's still a challenge!
Saw James and Josh at Wyong last night.Great night thank You!
That was so good, wish i could have been there, cheers
Yes, loved the Nimbin Uni shirt. Have to get one of those...

That was gold.... Loved the Nimbin university shirt James had on. A few of us went to that university I think.... Great stuff.
Who would have thought that guy from Ancient Aliens would play guitar for James Reyne? Cool!

Cheers and thanks for coming, Pete. No, I won't be doing that show. I think it's just James and Josh. See you out there sometime soon!

Brett. Do you have that patch for the ax8. I tried to write my own but don't quite nail it. Enjoyed the video
Brett. Thanks for the video. I would love to see that patch on axe exchange. Do you know what amp and cab he was using.
Did Brett play the guitar solo on “Motor’s Too Fast”? I’ve heard that Ian Bairnson, but it doesn’t sound like Ian.

Looks more “techy” than your atypical U2 show.
That’s for edifying the uninitiated, Brett.
Hi Brett, Looks like you need a camera man while you do the interview..!!
Yep, that would help, although I'm not sure how much my appearance would add to proceedings! :D
