  • We like to use the tops of the celery in soups and stocks.
    In the summer months we are just not making many soups, so we found another way to use the leaves- by making Celery Salt.
    This spiced salt is is perfect to use in many recipes and will stay fresh in the jar for up to six months.
    This took less than 30 minutes to make.
