Why do I recognize you?
A steam engine block has a max output level which cannot be exceeded. Fortunately, Create calculates this output level as the steam engine level. The steam engine level is so the minimal number of engines required to get the full potential of the boiler. Putting more will in fact just evenly divide the stress, making no difference

The steam engine level corresponda to the number of steam engine blocks you can put before having to split up the SU between more. Eg: A level 9 steam engine produces an X number of SU. By putting one steam engine block, you are consuming 1/9 of the X number of SU that the steam engine produces. If you put - let's say 18 steam engine blocks - Every steam engine block will be outputting 1/18 of the stress. As long as you have (in a level 9 steam engine) 9 or more steam engine blocks you will be getting the most out of your steam engine. Stam, if you have read this, pls comment if you understand!

Thin-films of plastics were in wide use as well. Materials varied from polyethylene and PVC to kapton depending on application. In automotive industry for example the PVC/acrylonitrilebutadiene-styrene (ABS) mixtures were often applied for interiors by laminating onto a polyurethane foam to give a soft-touch properties.[2]: 42 Specialty films were used in protective clothing, .e.g. polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyurethane etc.[2]: 42

You do need more engines on the boilers
for the actual steam engine, yes it matters, 1 armi only gives 16k or so SU, if you produce 400k but only have 1 arm you will only use 16k or so, I don't remember the exact number

Guess and suggestion for future: build a create mod theme park with contraption and rides!
Yes you do need more engines on the boiler each engine can only output I think its 16k stress units so you need to have a lot more to get the full upwards of 400k stress units or whatever a max boiler outputs. but you can just link them all together to get a single output.

You need too put in more engines, more engines, more power!
If you use the quantify key on your drawers it will show how much of the item is in there(I notice you did not do it in your base)
Stam, you should use quantifie keys to the drawers, as well as the lock key, so its easier to access the drawers.
They are locked just been to lazy to make the quantity key

also, never seen observers used as a decorative block before, that is actually amazing

If you put 9 steam engines on a lvl 9 steam engine it will output its max. More than that doesent make any difference. Its the same with the other engines, lvl2 = 2 engines and so on.

As much as I enjoy watching skilled people play create, there's something super special about the way the transportation infrastructure in this world works, I just love seeing the subtleties of how the factories made by different people interact.

steam engines can only do 16K stress each, it will say 32k stess via 2 engines for example

I've heard that Berdstone makes his perfect world 2 modpack, and I whant him to take into consideration the mod Functional storage. Short explanation it gives you more functionality than storage drawers. It fits perfectly because you and Beardstone use storage drawers as transportation and functional storage adds a way to do that without a physical connection to the controller on top of that they can push and pull at 1 at a time rate and add liquid and Ender drawers.
