    Actually Low Yat has a very dodgy reputation. So clueless foreigners beware. And Ben please pronounce Bukit Bintang the local way. Peace from a fellow New Yorker who has lived in K.L. for sixteen years.

    Yah, you're pretty spot on with the top floor being service centers and bottom floors are authorized dealers. If any repairs you would just bring them up there for repairs according to the brand. 😁

    The higher the floor likely cheaper than the ground floor. Rental is much more at the lower floor.

    If you want good cheap food try Mon Chinese Roti across the street. Chicken is 5.50 and beef is 6.50 ringgit. Just watch out for the long line at times. They are good and filling. Low Yat food court is pretty good.

    Upper floors are a great place to get your tech repaired for a reasonable price, but you have to leave it with them for an hour. Phone battery replacement, screens, etc.
    Look for a waterproof case for your phone.
    Remember, you walk out a lot. Don't buy black shirts.😁
    That herbal tea place is all over Asia. My wife likes it, but me not so much. I'd rather have a diet coke.😂 I want to see you face at first sip... there it is!😂

    Its not what they haven't found the things that they want at the lower floors, its the price. They will visit some shops and compare prices and will return to the shop that has the lowest price. They will then ask for discounts.

    For malls, floors mean nothing to customers. It’s about the best price the shops can give. Customers will hop from one shop to another and compare prices. Getting the best discounts and freebies. Granted the lower ground would have higher traffic.
    For expensive digitals, customers pretty much know what they want and had researched how low the prices can get prior to visiting any shops, so freebies, services and warranty play more weight into decision.
    For flagship stores like Apple, etc, where prices are fixed, it’s more likely they walk in, buy and leave. What floor the shops are is negligible to customers.

    Herbal tea is good for health. Medical experts say you need to drink green tea every day because it can help kidney function, control high blood pressure, avoid bad cholesterol and lower blood sugar. I don't know but that is what is always mentioned in various health journals. Perhaps that is the advantage of other tea herbs.

    before malaysians’ obsession with spotify.. video streaming via youtube etc.. low yatt plaza once had shops that sell pirated movies (in dvd format).. most are awesome foreign movies.. u can find Claude Chabrol’s boxset.. Lonewolf & Cub boxset.. etc it was the place to go bk then.. now mostly only for handphones n computers… same like Sim Lim in singapore.. some of the sellers are quite persistent n some r frm dodgy background (secret society..) hence the cocky characters.. they r the same bunch who used to be vendors along petaling street… there was a legit video shop at the ground floor (hvn ).. bt the stuff they sell are censored or hv big government approved sticker which i hate… 😁

    bro, just go to India, Indonesia etc, and you can so easily get there from Malaysia. get more subscribers and be back to Malaysia (like a launchpad). I can't recommend China because no youtube there, else I would.....that way you get more money out of youtube plus as an American, youtube pays you more than if you are actually from other countries in Asia, its just how they calculate it. :) I think you can quickly breach 10k subs that way, just my opinion.

    • @DamienYuen7718

      @RajeshRavindranathan 7 місяців тому

      @@DamienYuen7718 and if you are making yourube vids or a streamer it is not really relevant tohow many subscribers you can get, which was my point. China still has less viewers than even Philipines and not in the top 10 either. India has 470 million youtube viewers (bigger than the population of USA ) and Indonesia has 130 million. That doesn't mean I don't want hin to go to China. I mean I love watching youtbe videos of China.

    Oh you are right about HP being boring you can spend $3,000 on an HP laptop and it performs as well as a $700 Asus... people do not understand about Asus. They make the components so they know how to engineer them into a laptop.. Where is HP is just screwing shit together.. Asus and Apple do not have to have the highest specs to perform well because the parts were very well engineered to work with each other.
