Oh my gosh !!! I don’t really comment on UA-cam videos but I know I HAVE to comment today ! Last night I did this meditation along with a self love one before this one , then prayed to God and Universe about my manifestations , and today I got accepted to my dream school in Ireland ! This meditation touched me so much I cried knowing that I have all of my desires ! One of my huge manifestations was moving from US to Ireland and I had manifested that through my dream school ! Thank you SO MUCH Rasa ! This meditation has given me hope and trust in myself and the Universe ! Everybody you can do this !

I saw myself in the very near future. Living in my dream home, surrounded by beautiful things I love. Plants and beautiful fresh flowers. I was thin, toned and healthy. Glowing from pure health. It was so peaceful. I was completely free to do everything I ever wanted ✨💖✨
Literally cried during this. It was so emotional * in a good way* because it allowed me to go where i know what lies in my heart and will be . Thank you so much
So before I watch this video, I'm here because I'm feeling stuck at life right now, I don't know what to do and want I want to do in the future, It's like waking up in the morning and not knowing what you want to do the whole day and then you wake up tomorrow with the same feeling. hopefully this will help me realize the dreams that I have forgotten and buried deep inside me. ( I will update once I finish the video)

Thank you. I saw myself as pregnant and happy. Then I saw myself celebrating my 5th year anniversary with my future husband. I finally saw myself in 10 years, being happy with my family, and I had a successful career. ❤😊
I saw myself within 2-4 years from now. A man who ultimately found peace and happiness in life, after all he's gone through. Living in a nice, quiet house together with a cute dog. I feel proud and grateful. Thank you for this wonderful meditation.
It was amazing at certain point my body vibrates and then becomes like I'm floating and not feel my body

I saw my future self
I saw the year written it was 2022 , I was auditoning , I sang the song prettys on the inside and dancing to 2 songs after 2 months I got accepted I moved to Korea
Then I saw 2023 I woke up and we were 4 girls on a dorm I had midnight blue hair and other 3 girls were so beautiful then we went in a unknown room and did yoga then we went to have breakfast and then to train
Then I saw 2024 I was on a big stage I was wearing some cute clothes and there were 3 girls we performed and there was a large crowd and we went to a group hug
Gosh I I did this 4 times had flashes if vision omg is this even real it was very beautiful 💜💜

This was actually quite powerful. I imagined multiple scenes of myself with much longer locs and an air of self-assurance, joy, confidence and determination. I was a much more mature, evolved version of myself and on the last few deep breaths, I imagined myself standing on a balcony looking out to a full moon taking the breaths simultaneously, so grateful for everything I've become and created. The bond between myself and my future self has definitely strengthened. Thank you! I will listen to this beautiful meditation once a week 💜🙏🏾

I think this is the sign not to give up. To be honest, I've been thingking of committing suicide lately. I've always been dreaming of becoming an athlete and inspire lots of people but my father is so controlling, he only wants me to have a 9-5 job which I really hate. It's always been toxic to my mental health but this video came saying to give it a shot.
Please do what YOU want to do in your life. Nothing will happen to your father if you do so. The saddest scenario would be if something happens to you...

I saw myself in a concert's stage. There was a huge crowd. I turned around and saw 10 other girls, we did a group hug and cried. Although i couldn't hear things vividly

I found this video a couple of days ago and it is magically just what I need right now as guidance towards all the positive changes that are upcoming for me. Thank you. I am listening to this every morning and it is so transformative.
First time doing this, I could see myself in 5 years time, at night hanging out by a river with my boyfriend and a group of friends that i love with all my heart. We're not drinking alcohol like most other people there, instead we're joking around and trying to push each other into the water while having interesting conversations. We're all in our 20s but we're messing around like little kids but speaking like older people, that have an idea about life. And we're having the greatest time. Most of us have a great business, some are about to start one. We've learned so much and still we have such a long way to go. We're all equally motivated people with great habits and personalities, trying to bring even more of those into our lives. It's June 2026, the weather is mild, the wind is blowing through our hair very softly, like the universe is telling us all "Great job. I'm proud of you all. You deserve more of these moments." It's 9pm, it's slowly getting darker and darker, we can see the first stars in the night sky. Normally we would all be in bed at this time; we share a sleep schedule, but it's a Friday night and we're giving ourselves this weekend to just relax. We don't have to wake up before 6am, we're taking a break from everything and just having fun.

I saw myself plating a very beautiful and intricate dish, with a white pristine chefs coat, I saw a blue embroidered logo on it, I couldn’t get closer since I was so focused on the task. My back was bent in half with concentration. I was in a really beautiful grand kitchen 🥰🥺😭😭😭

This is my favourite guided meditations of all time. Something about the music and the visualising sequences in this touch my heart. I see the exact same visuals everytime I do this meditation. I know what I want in life and I am willing to do everything to get it, I know that one important step to living your dream life is to start talking about it, but many of my family and friends think that my dream is close to impossible so I have a hard time talking to them about my dream. But this feels like a safe space to share my dream that I one day will make my reality. One day I am going to be one of the most successful and loved singers on the planet, and it will make me happy and by doing this I will be able to make so many more people happy! Hey Jessica, You don't have to "see" yourself in the future. This is an opportunity for you to create your own, the future of your dreams. It's as if you have a blank canvas in which to paint. You, and only you, decide what to create. I think of it as a hourglass tipped on its side, one end is my past, narrowing down to the to where I am today. It's based on my experiences, decisions, circumstances and actions I took which lead me to this exact place and time, (there's no changing that). Now I am at the pinch point and am looking forward into a whole new future, the unknown, where I get to define and create the vision for myself. It's very exciting. Check out Dr. Joe Dispenze. He is a little bit complex, but you'll get the idea of manifesting your future. Hope this helps. Thinking this through for You, I have actually helped myself. Thanks You!

I saw myself in the most beautful dream home with my future husband and our first son. i was sitting at a height-changeable table with a glass top and a small laptop on it, on which i was writing a novel. i've thought about becomg a writer/author before though. i'm not really sure if this is the projection of what my soul wants (i'm talking about the job) or if this is just my mind imagining myself doing SOMETHING. idk

I imagined myself with a group of close girlfriends at brunch, they’re all so beautiful, funny and uniquely themselves. It’s 2025. They’re drinking mimosas and I’m having orange juice. My girlfriends are talking about giving me their kids’ used baby clothes, because I’m pregnant with my first child. I’m content, feeling safe and loved. ❤

When I did this meditation I asked to show me my future self and I saw through my eyes the sky it was bright and I say the trees on my peripheral and when I looked up I seen the sun shine with beautiful white clouds passing by . What would that mean

Has anyone experienced what they visualized become a reality?
I just finished doing this meditation for the first time and it brought me to tears. For the first time, I was able to see some fragments of my future self.Not 100%, but the visuals were definitely clear and I will definitely make some notes in my journal to captivate this moment! There was so much release that happened in my body where I definitely achieved a strong feeling of peace and relief. This was a wonderful meditation and I definitely will be saving it for one to come back to again! Thank you for your guidance in giving me the clarity that I needed.

Watching this as a single mum. I saw me in summer and winter of 2022 with a baby girl (the baby sister my son is begging for since these lockdown began), I'm wearing a princess diana like ring, my life partner is my twin flame (who is currently my ex and I are currently in Separation and no communication) and I have custody of my son (currently in custody battle). I saw us in summer while the baby was a recently born and I also saw us at the christmas table surrounded by future partners family while my baby girl was at an age of wanting to stand and such a sweet noisy maker! I also have dreadlocs (something I'm contemplating now!). I intuively knew all this but working on my trust has been challenging. Thank you Rasa and Thank you God
