Norman was doing damage with that same uppercut in the earlier rounds but went away from it for a few rounds allowing Gio to get some momentum but once he went back to the game plan he took control and it was all she wrote..

Norman was doing great in the earlier rounds picking his shots from the outside and avoiding the ropes. Then after the 4th round he looked sloppy. Smothering his offense, hugging/leaning on Santillan, not using his legs. He’s got a lot of room for growth, but as of now he needs to avoid guys like Ennis, and Stanionis. Boots would stop him and Stanionis would bully him around the ring.
