I feel that my UA-cam premium has really quieted down my environment when I watch UA-cam. There are certain things I watch every day on UA-cam and without the ads everything is so much more pleasant and even quieter without the blaring ads interrupting the program. Hey Lis, I've been meaning to tell you, I m 54, put on a lot of weight when I went through menopause, had some autoimmune issues. Anyway, have been carnivore since April 1, lost 18 pounds, feel so much better. Still have half can diet coke at supper. I can't give that up yet. Thanks for all you do!!!

It’s a commitment, not an option. it makes my brain and body happy. 😊 (then I do a short one before bed - good for digestion, also resets and calms from a hectic day). Highly recommend, everyone that can, do. You will feel wonderful.

Wow that was some video. I had both cups of morning coffee watching you and loved it. I used to have a long long sweater with a huge slit just like that black one from Anthro - keep it. It is such a cool piece to have. I would put black leggings under it. I got so many coimpliments on what a cool piece it is. Love the print pants with the fish too. I have been getting back into nail polish because of you. I have an entire drawer full of it which probably needs to all be pitched. I do love the pastel colors you choose. I love that Chanel is always close by. I need to find sweat shorts that are longer. I hate the 3 or 4": inseam. Too darn short. Have a great weekend. Thanks for such a wonderful video. Omg, sweet Lisa, My husband went keto 3 years ago. His blood pressure corrected. He got hit by a dump truck sept.10, 22 and is battling tbi and the affects of concussion. A doctor put him on Mediterranean diet His blood pressure went to 190 over 80. The concussion expert put him on Keto diet . in 2 weeks his pressure went to 127 over 70. Praise God through whom all blessings flow. Amen. Something is wrong with our wheat. I cook from scratch every day. My kitchen will attest. It is full of dirty pans. Thank you. Keep telling the truth.

I love a good soft over sized sweat shirt in summer, 🌴 it's always feezing inside stores and restaurants (I live in SW Florida). It's especially nice when you get out of the pool and go into the air conditioned house....feels so comfy!🌺 I haven't checked out FREE PEOPLE in a while..so thanks! I have a weak spot for sweatshirts as well, and greymelange-always reach for the greys! Love them. (sometimes I do go for blue also)Grey goes with everything and can dress down a fancy skirt in a way and style I personally love. To me, being European, grey sweatshirts are the epitom of Americans, college and all that. Also loved the "lipstick" pink tights, on screen they almost look watermelon red, which is my favourite red. You are literally me but in another body lol In every way. You even share a similar weight and diet journey as me, except I haven't figured out my bloating issues till now and am starting a carnivore diet (with a few modifications) and I'm hoping it will work. We are the same height and had the same starting weights and hovered around 118 or 120 but it was tons of work and still bloated if I ate food and didn't understand why but I was on a veggie/fruit filled raw food diet but suffered from thinning hair and nails. Now I'm starting over after having a baby and PPD and am hoping to heal and live my life again. I'm writing a book about my life and I am hoping to inspire and help heal others. Thank you for sharing your life through your videos and being transparent with what changed your life. I hope to have improvements to report soon.
