Excellent. Having done the first cream earlier this week I shall be doing this one over the weekend. You are now officially a diamond geezer CB ! Keep up the great vids, they are always easy to follow and very informative.
Don't worry 😉 I do this daily in the test bakery, sometimes I can do a recipe 3 times before I get it ready to go recording, and this is my job 😀 even temperature can play its part 😀 laters Steve
Yes you can, in fact it's better, lot's of my recipes are used in my bakery, which I only use vegetarian fat etc 😜 just makes life easier for my customers 😀 laters Steve 😀
Hi Baker, I want to bake a Victoria Sandwich cake, (8inch tin) with three layers of jam & synthetic cream. Is your recipe enough quantity of synthetic cream for this ?
Well I have not made it with margarine, but it's most likely will work the same, only thing is margarine heats up at a different temperature to butter and sets differently 😉 if you test it out let me know how you get on 😀
@@zoedark7101 it's all very similar on video, I do add a extra west country sound to the finish video, so reality it's very different, I did test out a rock n roll sound 😀 but it was very odd 😀
@@crazybaker1 I don't like fresh cream or butter cream there's another cream but I don't no what it's called.i just call it fake cream there's a market by were I live they do alsots of cakes using the cream I like
@maxbluenose25 I have a video on that type of cream. It's made out of sugar and water, vegetable oil, but it's better to buy it made from www.bakerybits.co.uk/
Well folks it's the 2nd part enjoy 😉 laters 😉

Does this have to be kept in fridge. Thank u
It depends on the temperature, at work it's been outside the fridge for 6 hours or more 🙂
What if you don’t have a thermometer? Any tips for making sure you don’t go over 60?
Best just use room temperature 😀 have a great Christmas 🎄laters
