I go to meet up with my pal Helder and we take you out on a ride in what I consider to be (possibly) the best place to ride your bike on earth. This is literally cycling heaven and when the sun is shining like it was this day and the breath taking views just keep on giving. You really can't beat it... A lot of fun climbing and descents to be had, this place has it all... not to mention one of the world's best beaches, abandoned military bases and killer jelly fish. There's no place quite like it.

Looks utterly wicked - must say that Setubal (I've only been once in the car to a wicked fish restaurant) and Arabida will be my two main destinations when I go to Portugal this year. On the bike 😁 😁

Today we have 24C in London... Once per month. But Spain, Portugal and Italy enjoy normality. Brexit fucked up even weather ; )
