@@jokergal55 thanks so much….i have started to use the jaw exerciser and when I’m using it i do feel the “fat” around my neck tighten…so here’s hoping it works
@@pterrid mum is 86 now and not a well woman….dad passed almost 13 years ago…I only have 1 aunt left now….and she is overseas….of course I still have most of my cousins although 2 have already passed….i appreciate every moment I have with mum….
