Fair shout for being open and honest, my 8 year old keeps saying slay and staycation when we go away ❤
Hahahha ❤
😂😂❤
Hahaha that's awesome. I love it. Tell them i said they're a major slay
@@AdventuresWithAlex made her morning telling her that, thank you 🤩
Your willingness to openly share absolutely everything and be so honest and genuine about it is so rare these says. It's really refreshing, and I really appreciate you for it!
Loved this. I always appreciate transparency from content creators, you deserve the success you worked hard af for it 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
I'm from the UK I found your channel from your Thorpe Park Vlog, that's my home park. Loved the series!
Love how you show how you can break the norm and make a living out of what you love. Keep up the amazing work ❤
Really appreciate you sharing this behind the scenes info, its really helpful and eye opening!
So glad you made this video! I love seeing people go over stuff like this and just seeing how much they've grown and stuff. Also thank you for the shoutout 😇
LOVE your transparency. I want to do these trips one day and it’s very helpful to have an idea of the cost
So great to see this level of transparency. Keep up the amazing adventures
You got this... Keep going! I love your vids!
This transparency was amazing and fascinating! It makes me love you even more. And yes I'd be really interested to hear how it went over the year. Thank you from Australia awesome Alex! 😚
TYSM fo your transparency
This is awesome to see and hear! And to add, you get to deduct a ton of those expenses on your taxes for this trip since it was entirely work based. Good luck!! (and yes, for full year revenue.)
Keep up the great work Alex! Hopefully by this time next year, you'll have 500,000 subscribers 👍
That would be awesome!
Amazing to finally find out what it’s like to be a tuber, many many thanks Alex and yes we would love to find out what your first year has been like ❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing this ! Respect man. I am waiting for your next slaycation, love it !!! Greetings from Holland!! 😊
I’m so happy that you are doing well I loved the epic rode trip of slay and your earupean slayaction I hope the best for you Alex ❤
Thank you so much for letting us in on the costs! I hoped that you would have been payed more per view ! X
I admire the transparency!
LOVE the new logo in the t shirt! You should make it your channel icon
Thank you!! Hmm I've definitely thought about it!! It's currently my Patreon Icon. It's pretty amazing though isn't it? Captures the vibe of the channel so well!
I like the current channel icon! It shows his cute face and captures the energy of the channel. Maybe the new one could make a nice channel header
@@BecausingI've included it on my channel banner and is visible when you view my channel on a TV! :)
Could you consider vlog advice or tutorials. If so, how much would you charge? You're so good at these vids.
Yes see more videos
Daww, thank YOU for being you! (Im Jordan x3)

hey Alex can we get another video to when you go to Carowinds again and kings dominain please Alex I watched all your videos and I love you man
really interesting but it also turns me away from being a full-time youtuber, and I'm still sad that I missed you at toverland by one day
I actually just had one of the best poops of my life
❤
Do a chargeback on your credit card for the unused car rental. Here in the UK they give you the money back instantly on chargebacks
Oh! I hadn't thought about that!! Hmm the charge occurred in Belgium though so it would be outside the UK :/
@@AdventuresWithAlex you can still do a chargeback with your card. Dispute the transaction. Do it asap. You have protection.
Good night!Like. amazing - :))
Which was the best Park and Rides
What are 10 must visit parks? Me and my family want to go 2-4 weeks
Not an accurate cost if you're accepting park discounts and fast pass so I'd say it's a failure before continuing to calculate. Kind of like code. Does not compute. 😅
$6,378.88 is nothing for an international trip and for what you got done. Obviously the cost would have been higher if you did other tourist things other than the park.
My cost for two people for 6 weeks to Japan from Australia was around $9000. Flights, hotel stay at Disney Mira costa ($3,200 appox - yeah half the cost of the trip) & Disneyland Hotel ($1,200 appox) , Park entry, Universal Studios + onsite hotel + fast passes two days ($1500 appox), 3 other hotels, food drink, merch, tourist attractions around japan, shopping, train tickets.
Yeah with us having a total of 3 travels in our party it helped reduce expenses dramatically by being able to split car rentals & hotels 3 ways! We also stayed in rather cheap hotels most of the time too :) That Japan trip sounds amaaazzziinngg though
@@AdventuresWithAlex cheap is good for a hotel when your basically sleeping. The other city hotels were cheaper on my trip for sure.
The Disney miracosta hotel was because id been wanting to go and stay there for years and wanted to start the morning with breakfast looking out the window at the volcano from the restaurant. Achievement unlocked! But wouldn't stay there again, it was a one and done check list item.
0:44 thats the cheapest cost of rent in Colorado
Slay❤
Slay
I guess you still need to pay tax over that revenue?
Also the first time I visited Europapark was when I was on a Eurotrip by train 13 (😱!) years ago using a 3 week interrail ticket. Could be cheaper than driving and flying, though it'll probably cost a bit more time. But its a lot more sustainable.
Loved the series and if you're ever coming back and need a place to stay in the Netherlands I have a spare guestroom near the city of Rotterdam 😊.
Yup! Still have to pay tax on that revenue but all of these expenses will also be write-offs. My CPA is working on my taxes right now so... i'll find out soon what it shakes out to be lol 😬
We chose rental cars because a lot of the parks were pretty remote and far away from train stations. If i were to do a non-theme park Europe trip then I'd definitely travel by foot & train :)
I appreciate you offering!! I might just take you up on that spare room next time i'm over there!
Can you visit my home park Tusenfryd in Norway?
I'm sure I will get there one day! Thanks for the suggestion :)
About the driving did you drive like 5 hours a day or was it split and also did you need to cross borders over and over and it was fine or was it ok
Our drives varied pretty wildly! Sometimes we had 4+ hour drives and other times we had about 15min drives. Just depended on the day. No issues crossing borders while driving! Sometimes there was absolutely 0 signage to let us know we were in a new country. When we drove from Belgium into the Netherlands there was not a sign haha
6.3 Grand is insane!
yeah 😅😅 it was a lot! 😳
@@Becausing I think he’s talking about the expenses for the trip :)
@@AdventuresWithAlex yeah, i’m just hoping you had fun that was worth 6.3k :)
I actually thought these expenses were super low, especially considering the length of time you were gone and the amount of stuff you got up to while you were gone. Whenever I go overseas even if it's for only 3 weeks I expect to spend a minimum of $10-$15k Australian dollars
@@steveg7685we were also able to split hotels & rental cars 3 ways since we had 3 people so that helped A LOT
Can u pin me please 🎉 I love your magic mountain videos
6k for a 3 week vacation is not bad at all.
Especially for all that we got to do!
@@AdventuresWithAlex I’ve spent way more than that for a two week cruise. No cute guys and no roller coasters unless you count the big storm on one trip where all the water came out of the pool and drenched us. Oh wait, there was one really hot guy who was a dancer on the ship but we picked him up in a bar on the shore so that doesn’t count.
How come you didn’t go to portaventura / ferrari land?
🕛 time probubbly.
He explained about this on the live he made this week
@@bloglondonso thanks
We ended up choosing Poland over Spain just because Jeff found a SUPER cheap flight for like $20 to get there. So we opted for Poland this time. Will hit Spain in the future!
@@AdventuresWithAlex thanks
(Looks at thumbnail) The “hole” trip. 😏

Imo $6,378 really isn’t that bad for all those different countries, travel and parks!
thats really cheap actually for like a month of traveling
