I think sir is talking about Col Ravi Nair. If it's true then he is currently in AFPA as a personality development coach. When I met him, I was under confident, unable to deliver lecturette, but his way of making me realise how easy all these tasks are changed my attitude towards ssb tests. Really a great mentor to have💯.
I also joined afpa and col ravi nair sir helped me to overcome my stage fear. And the results is I got recommended in my very next attempt

सोचने का विषय है कि सेना में चाटुकार, चापलूस और चमचे ही प्रमोशन पाते हैं। योग्य अधिकारी और जवान कर्नल अमोल अवाटे जैसे लोगों को आगे बढ़ने से रोक दिया जाता है। मेरे साथ भी यही हुआ मैंने ACC written clear करने के बाद ACR criteria न होने के कारण SSB interview नहीं दे पाया।
