I love all art. Abstract art forces my mind to think in multiple ways. I first look at it as a whole, then fragment it, and finally pull it back to the whole. Understanding how to do this as I create is a struggle for me. Watching you struggle to pull the pieces to a whole really helps to understand options as well as ways to correct. For me i have to walk away and come back with a fresh eye. I do really like this piece. Wonderful process!

I love it! I think abstract just shows the style you draw & paint. Kind of like a practice sketch, but a beautiful one. Where you just set your mind free and let your brain waves come out on the paper.
I think it is a great abstract and nice change of pace from flowers. I have to admit I was holding my breath a couple of times at additions you made here and there. I especially was worried when you started to add water to the two gray lines however, really liked the save on that with what looks like pods (I am a sucker for seed pods) Thank you for doing the ribbons. I wondered how you got those so precise and now I see there is a technique one can utilize that may help. I know your intention is to inspire; you archived that today; I am headed to practice those right now. Thanks Cee Cee.

I love this CeeCee! This is often how I start out cause I love putting colour onto paper and watching what happens, but then I don't know what to do next. I really like how you go from larger shapes to smaller detail and how you include movement and line. The whole idea of balance eludes me but I really see it when I watch you painting. Thanks so much.

I am facing surgery in the near future and have been looking for just the right thing to do creatively while in the hospital for 3 to 5 days. I love this approach and am going to do some watercolors that I can enhance when I feel up to it. Thank you so much for sharing this very meditative experience, Love the music too!!! today is 3 July 2022...I watched this creation happen and listened to your critique. I would love to see you do another rendition of this piece right down to the black lines for weight ... but maybe use the sepia color with a brush and then add gold dots (very small). I love every little thing about it but the hard black...and no gold. Ya just gotta have the gold.
Actually, CeeCee, I really like this piece! Somehow everything you did came into a nice balance and by minimizing the number of colors you used it became a very peaceful piece, instead of something with rampant color...which I always find distracting. And I just love the way Mad Rian's brain works. LOL
LOL oh, i see there are a few very "imaginative" creators out here. welcome to the fan, fran! let's never run out of vivid imagery. our brains can take it. :-)
