    Dang! I am reading all of this stuff about visible wireless AFTER ordering the service. I’m having the same problem. Customer service does not respond. You are right, this is ridiculous!

      Okay I gotta come back and tell you. They got back to me and had me delete the app and then reinstall it. It worked. I also have Verizon and believe it or not, the speed tests are the same and sometimes better than Verizon. I’m shook😮

      @@itzyzaza1806 I'm now on U.S. Mobile's 30 dollar plus tax for 30 GB plan using Verizon Super LTE, the only problem I had was porting the number which took 5 hours, but I twisted arms on both ATT and US Mobile and it ported through. They offer 24/7 phone support.

    Huh...sorry to hear...
    I am super satisfied. It's been smooth sailing after the brief hiccup of porting over my number...that might've been my fault too...fast internet and easy to use...has face recognition on the phone, the ability to make gifs from your pics you take...stuff usually on an iPhone. I really love it

      Visible is proof that cheaper isn't always better, I heard its still in beta. I couldn't port my number back, I'm with AT&T prepaid paying $45 unlimited autopay. With great customer support.

    Bro I’ve been having the same issue with Visible and I even bought the ZTE from them. Today is Day 18 and still haven’t had any service since signing up. I’ve had 5 different SIMS sent to me so far & several escalations. Completely ridiculous.

    I feel your pain! I’ve been trying for a few days to get service up and running. No dice. Been getting the same runaround as you. VISIBLE SUCKS!

      @daetherbunny - Hi did you ever get this sorted? Was wondering if you got any specific error messages. Biggest problem for me was figuring out how to insert the tiny sim card into a dual sim and SD tray. After that you have to connect the phone via an already existing wifi connection in your home. Download the visible App. Login to the Visible app with a username and password. Make your first payment via the app. Then you gotta restart the phone before you can connect and make phone calls. You can only use 1 device at a time on the phone's hotspot. Speeds aren't that great.

    You are actually very lucky to even get through on chat. My experience with them was also horrible, as it took me hours and hours over the course of several days to even get through to someone on chat. By then, I had already returned to Boost Mobile, but I could not get my phone number ported back, since I could not get through to anyone on chat to get my account number or my PIN. Even though I sent the phone back, and I never got service, I still ultimately got shafted by these guys. The absolute worst. No excuse for how long it takes for you to get through to someone on chat. None.

      I tried to get through to Visible and it took 30 minute for help online. I went to AT&T prepaid, I did get a refund from Visible. But I had to get a new number. Cheaper is not always better. I know that Cricket for new customers is 40 dollars unlimited if you bring your own device, ATT Prepaid is 45 plus tax .unlimited autopay for new customers too.

    It’s because you have to live in a area where the service don’t work and there are some of those for example ky zip code 41501 and this is because they don’t allow it to be used on the carriers towers of the area known there as Appalachian wireless even. Though Verizon owns the actual lte transmitting equipment they must make a agreement I think that has to be your issue check see if you have any bars and if you do then more then likely what I said apparently is same issue as the phones sim won’t connect to the tower and even if you take it to a area and activate it and return home it won’t work there at your home because the sim is banned due to the carrier not allowing visable on their network and their is no work around at all no apn change nothing that will get you up and going try reach mobile or Usmobile they will work in areas like this I described

    I love my service I get around 80 mpbs here in philly for 40bucks it’s not bad plus verizon
    But sometimes the chat does take long

      I had problems too, I’m going try US Mobile on their $30 for 30 GB plan which also has a Super LTE with Verizon with Ludicrous speed

      @@JuliusJonsin hello.. seen your page for the 1st time today. I was looking to see who else was having issues with visible and came across you. Do you still have visible? Any update? Just yesterday I ended up having to go back to my old carrier because I couldn't get a hold of them and had no service. I'm so upset they still haven't gotten back to me to atleast explain. I had purchased a phone through their website I can't use. Waste of money. I can't help but feel scammed

    Well one thing that a lot of people don't realize is that there's more than one variant any type of iPhone or Android phone, number one is you have to make sure that it supports the Verizon bands number two you should probably make sure it's a US phone, three you should went online and check to see if there was a unlocked phone compatibility list or a phone compatibility list in general, cuz I ended up doing a lot of research to figure out what phones I can use and then when the day came to pop in my sim I had absolutely no problems activating a phone, so chances are you probably had a variant of whatever phone you were using that doesn't support the LTE bands on Verizon that's probably why you can't get it to activating work, so nine times out of 10 that usually user error, cuz the way I see it is not visible fault that you didn't have the correct handset, I mean maybe you should check to make sure you even have a Verizon phone, because I'm pretty sure that's probably what the issue is nine times out of ten that's usually the reason why iPhones don't activate user error

    I ordered a device yesterday and Tuesday night still haven’t received it. Visible should’ve did more test runs before opening to the public instead of letting the public being testers. They have less than 3000 customers it shouldn’t be this mixed reviewed some people get good service and most don’t.

    I got a iPhone 8 Plus in silver unlocked I only pay $29.oo a month and I didn’t use visible mobile I’ popped my T. mobile Sim in All of visible mobiles phones are unlocked. I love it.

    Wouldnt touch it for at least a year! Have to give them time to work out all the glitches.. If you join any new service or try any new product thats on the market you will have issues with it.

    If it's too good to be true at $40 a month it probably is. After 2 days I gave up, got my refund on a credit card and went to AT&T Prepaid $45 plus tax on autopay. Lost my number.

    Wrist company ever. I can't connect to the internet and no customer service over the phone. All live chat but I feel like their all bots with no real answer.

    like many other people after a month with no data and a month of fighting and bugging chat people they give me $10 credit on my account are you kidding? now i have no service but hey i have a $10 credit on my account i should have gotten a free month of service since i didnt get what i paid for terrible company!
