3:03 this has been the first and up to this time the only time I've ever heard someone nailing this part. This part, especially considering Chesters background, always makes me really emotional when performed by Linkin Park. I wouldn’t call it weak, the whole song is a little less upbeat, Metal/scream ish. It’s different. Music can be interpreted in so many ways, these guys gave it just there own twist. It sounds really good also this part, just take in account that this is not Chester.

Jesus Christ. I remember the first time I met Chester, he was at iMatter Fest in Horseheads chilling with ABR (ABR runs an organization called iHeart Support for suicide prevention, I was volunteering). He was one of the most down to earth dudes I ever met in my life. He was one of my childhood heroes growing up. But it was like talking to a big brother. I felt Chester in this cover. Thank you for this, seriously.

LP was a staple for me as a kid growing up, their music got me through a ton of shit in my life and this was always my favorite song because it spoke to me. I'm now 32 and I broke down to this rendition, thank you for making this, even though I'm months late to the party you can't imagine how hearing this helped me again. I have listened to a fair few covers over the years and have enjoyed them plenty. I feel that your interpretation stands comfortably ahead of the others.

This is a true cover! Not a carbon copy but something that pays homage while still being it's own thing. It's slower and has a more melancholy feel while the originally is faster with more angst. You can't go wrong with either depending on what you are in the mood for. Incredible work!
