black mamba maybe bigger...but I prefer this weijiang....the paint is better...and the weapon reminds me of tadakatsu honda from sengoku basara...the tail also better...and Im guessing they will make an extension part for this model...a bludgeon like the one for the studio series....I hate that "neck part" from bmb ver...its like a dog collar....
The WJ has some nice highlights, but overall both look great. Also the BMB one looks darker in person, the green tint only comes out in bright light. Both are awesome though. Both actually lack the subtle proper wash done well that the SS had (which I sold once I got the BMB version).
Just bought one off ebay man I think he's the coolest looking transformers in the movies he's fkn huge, I gave up trying to transform to his Dino mode I got stuck at rhe legs part and can't pull them apart fwels like it's gunna snap so i stopped.
2 things that kill this figure for me, making the gcreation version far superior: 1. The Dino jaw on the left arm in robot mode is not very screen accurate. 2. The tail does not look like it belongs on the t Rex and has no articulation.

It's closer in size to a Deluxe Class figure, actually......In terms of scale for Grimlock, the Stomp and Chomp One-Step Changer Grimlock that was released as part of the AOE line and this version of Grimlock are pretty similar in size while in their t-rex modes, but due to the way they transform, S&C OSC Grimlock is about twice the height this version is while in their robot modes. But, considering that S&C OSC Grimlock is a figure designed to simply transform at the pull of a lever, this version is *far* superior!
Heck! The only reason I got the Stomp and Chomp Grimlock at the time it came out was for its size! Now that I have this version, I considered giving it to a nephew of mine......However, my sister wouldn't exactly love me for that........She's not a fan of toys that make noise, and he just got a couple of them for Christmas!
