Interesting insight about the extra food for the heron. Also, you mentioned the strange mourning dove pick but i think it was a clear blocking move for other players forest engine.
Thanks so much for the encouragement! Your request is music to my ears 😊 Just yesterday I ranked all the bonus card birds for myself and found some surprising results. Look forward to my future Wingspan videos!
Pruzzante should have played Heron first in wetlands, then Tern. Before deciding on trading a food, they’d get to see another card. Could change their decision on trade.
Thanks so much! I’ve finally got more videos coming this week 😄 After that will be more Wingpsan vids! I hadn’t considered streaming, but that’s definitely something I could try in the future - thanks for the suggestion!
I've watched a lot of Wingspan videos lately & I'm really curious as to why so many players use the wrong names for the food? Seems everyone is fine with fish & seeds but have an issue with fruit, invertebrates & rodents. 🤔
Haha good question! My thoughts are that invertebrate and rodent have lots of syllables, and aren’t everyday words - so people naturally just say worm and rat instead. As for fruit.. I’m not sure what people normally call it, and I don’t even really know why I call it cherry! Maybe I picked it up from other videos (I’ve only played twice in person), but it does kinda look like cherry!
Fruit is also 1 syllable but cherry/berry is 2. At least for me, it's also which stresses my brain the least. I'm not gonna try to recall what things are called. Sometimes i end up just saying colors, "spending a red, green, and yellow" 😊
This is the best wingspan replay analysis I've ever seen
Best out of one 😂😂
Amazing video!! Really loved it, can't wait for the next one :)
@@MCSkyMage Thanks so much for your encouragement! I’m definitely doing a follow-up as soon as I find the time 😂

23:41 Ah that makes sense! Especially due to Round 3 goal of eggs in forest
Please upload more wingspan videos, this was super helpful and I’d love to see more analyses on different wingspan cards and strategies!

Yes I post videos and simply use worm and rat because they are only one syllable each.
