  • A true gem: The Sawtooth Wilderness
Watch me get lost and turned around in the Sawtooth Range of Idaho! Despite my inability to follow any of the trails properly, I had the BEST TIME here. This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever explored. If you ever choose to visit here, please treat it with respect.
On my first day of hiking, I hiked 9.5 miles to Goat Lake! Hike starts at 2:00 minute mark. I also checked out Stanley Lake overlook.
This video is part 1 of 3. The rest will be posted soon.
Quick fact: The Sawtooth Range is a mountain range of the Rocky Mountains in central Idaho, United States, reaching a maximum elevation of 10,751 feet at the summit of Thompson Peak.
PSA: If you plan to explore the beautiful wilderness of planet Earth .... LEAVE NO TRACE. Do not leave garbage on the trail. Pack out your litter and dispose of it properly at the trailhead. Leave nature as you found it. If you can't, kindly stay home. :)

What a great hike. You captured it wonderfully. I have recently been digging into trips up there. Goat lake looks like a must.
I live so close, but all I have ever done there is ski and climb Borah. It's time to go to the Sawtooths.
    Great video!

I don’t know much about the Sawtooths, but after watching this video, I might have to add that area to my bucket list. Very nice video!

Where’s your bear spray? No telling what you might bump into on those trails, best to have some protection!

This looks stunning. It will take my mind of a rainy spring here in England 😊

You should never go that far into the wilderness alone!

I VEHEMENTLY disagree with you. If this young lady wants to risk her life (and limb) by walking or hiking alone in the wilderness then it’s up to HER. It’s a free country. 😉

Carry a firearm when trekking through the woods. You never know.

You should definitely be carrying a 10mm pistol… the wildfire out there can be quite unforgiving.

How on EARTH 🌎 is a ten mm weapon going to protect you from a Wildfire? 🔥 That’s pretty silly. 🤪
