My heart goes out to this girl I got into a lot of Mischief when I was a teenager. Just nothing quite as extreme but I hung out with kids who did it just as extreme and I never got caught with the stuff I did do. But I knew I would want to work with kids so I made sure I put a stop to all of that and decided to a much more honest and clean lifestyle

If you have a felony theft, they won’t want you to have any sort of security access - analyst, finance, anything sensitive that could be sold or exploited. It can absolutely prevent you from being hired (can’t speak on if it shows up if charged as a minor though).
