After adding house numbers on the bricks I thought about nothing else but getting lost with my 2 of cups here 😂😂😂I mean literally went there yall had to rewind and say what miss....and didn't miss a thang😅😊but it's a beautiful home❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥
Overpriced to be sure but very nice. The entrance is less entrance and more living room. You need an introduction to the home. That's a deal killer. Great kitchen, elevation.
It's a beautiful home but I am very disappointed that being so luxury and 9 million dollars value and it doesn't have a movie theater and at least one elevator
For almost $10 mil you’d think they would put the effort in to book match some of the major pieces of stone. Nope! Overall architecture is good still, but the extra effort would’ve taken it further.
The typical EMD on an offer is 1% of the offer price, however it is not set in stone and can be whatever amount the offerer decides. Keep in mind, the larger the offered EMD the stronger the offer, and vice versa. Hope that helped!
In the beginning of the video we mention that the builder has already paid the city to install the power lines underground. It had just not been done at the time of filming!
Agreed. The house itself is beautiful but the lot they chose is not ideal for that layout. The soak-in tub has a nice view of the neighbor's window who lives higher than them. That was well thought out.
I was just wondering about those power lines. Being the most exclusive place to live in Arizona, there is no way the owners would be okay with that. They just look so ugly!!
It's even worse for those who own a house in the Beverly Hills flats, although I think it's telephone lines there. Always makes we wonder how Americans can still put up with this. You won't see any of that in Europe anymore.
kitchen layout is mostly nice, but that refrigerator location is awful, as is that narrow seating area across from it, by the exterior door. not a good presentation for the entry of a home...and especially a $9M one, at that...since there was plenty of room to extend its depth. another huge fail is the southwest facing backyard. gonna be absolutely brutal in the summer... the four car garage is nice, as is the downstairs master. not sure what the point of complicating the entry into and out of the garage spaces was, though. this place could easily been a 10, but its shortcomings drop it to about a 5. not that i would ever wanna live in that part of AZ.

I wonder what the summer nights are like and they open up them sliding doors in the living room and the flood of mosquitos just invite themselves in

goog luck
Beautiful home, but the lighting is yellowish and unnatural which I'm sure could be easily swapped for more natural lighting.
Not even close to being worth 9 million.Above ground electrical wires alone kills the value for me,

No view, having a view is 100% of the draw to buying a home in PV.

Breathe between sentences.
$9M house, MDF in the closet. 🤦
Way way overpriced
De hecho viendo las prestaciones que tiene es muy barata jajajaj
Not for poor
In London it would be 40million pounds
No tf it’s not lol
