@BillyandBarry I would have to say every band has a signature sound. When you hear ANY song from them, you can tell by the riffs exactly who it is before the lead singer even opens their mouth. I believe that may be the point. It's a good thing!
Amy's makeup reminds me of one of our own Polish rock singers - Małgorzata Ostrowska from Lombard. In her prime, she used to wear asymmetrical amkeup like that on stage and in the videos, it was her trademark for some time :)

I was pretty impressed with myself when i won a competition with kerrang radio a couple of years back as singer in their band singing within temptation all i need, they thought i was a classically trained singer - i just have always sung along to Amy, sharon etc Sadly i wasnt &am not well enough to pursue a music career or id have loved to be even something like an evanescence tribute band, i also won an ipod and day at the kerrang studios so it was still worth winning
