Just bought the Apollo Twin X Quad Core. I'm using new MacBook Pro M1 Max. It's 1am I just finish all the installation. And what I can say is that WORK COMPLETELY ! 😁don't forget to download the last last version V9.15.1.

Bro I have done everything I can not get the hardware to connect to the software. Im at the point I'm ready to just reset to factory and take the 2 1/2 days to reinstall everything back. Can you Please help?
@@FKiMusic had to do a factory reset. As soon as I did and reinstalled it it came back online. Found out I had some type of malware or virus. Had to wipe all my hard drive clean. Lost everything. Even the backup was infected. Lesson learned. It’ll never happen again.
Downloaded latest version but opening control meter it says click allow on security went to preferences security and privacy and no allow button any thoughts on the issue?
Hey, I recently bought a M2 Mac computer but I had a old 2018. MacBook Pro and I transferred everything to the new computer copied everything to the new computer but then I erased all my UAD software and files off the new one and try to re-download everything from scratch, but it keeps telling me that there’s a UA already running I’m not sure what to do. I said I deleted everything from the new computer after I transferred everything and try to re-download everything but I’m still having problems. Can you let me know what steps to take from scratch

What I am trying to figure out is why we need to jump through so many hoops to make such an expensive piece of kit to work. The M1 one chip is more than a year old now and the M1 Pro and M1 Max have been out for months now, is it an apple issue of UAD issue?

Thanks my Appollo 8 with thunderbolt card it works on a Mac Pro Mid 2010 with Titan Ridge thunderbolt but.... after a shut down the mac and start up next day the connection is lost...again and it says No UAD connected...any thoughts, ( removed all UAD, did the re install software again after some reboots it connected again but do i need to remove UAD and install every time after shut down? using Monterey open core on a mac pro mid 2010
Hey! can you help me! I have a mac pro 5.1 mid 2012 2 processors ,12 core , Mojava 10.14.6, when there was a card UAD PCIE QUAD, it worked without problems! I decided to install card UAD PCIE OCTO and my computer stopped seeing it! Or rather, when the computer stays turned off for the night, I turn it on in the morning and it sees OCTO, but as soon as I overload it, it stops seeing it, writes that there are no drivers! I did all the installations of uad support, I installed different versions of the uad software, nothing helps!
My x6 was working fine and all of a sudden It keeps disconnecting "device not responding" (code -38) already tried new cables and it will stay reconnected for about 3min. Let me know what you think it is. Thanks
I know this is from a year ago but you seem to be the only one that I can find that is somewhat on the subject that I'm experiencing I did all the recovery mode security issue things in the beginning I got the UA software to install I did restart Then it rebuilt the extension the Problem I'm having is then I go to install Luna it installs I go to start it up and it just kind of dies after it begins to start it starts with opening up UA connect that goes through meter and control panel and then it just kind of dies and just says not responding . Any thoughts?
Im not getting any input signal form my mic and I'm running both UAD and MacOS latest version. Any idea what it might be. I have uninstalled UAD and reinstalled it. Im getting playback from headphone and monitors, but nothing when using the mic.
im having the same issue... try touching your uad audio interface with one hand and your mic with the other, if you feel electricity then you know you have to call an electrician 😅

I have a question I'm running a late 2016 15" intel quad core matchbook pro with 16gb of ram. I have an Apollo Solo and it can't handle almost any plugins without crashing. I use Logic and it works better there but I was trying to run Pro Tools and it really crashed a lot. Is there anything I can do to get this system as is to run better? Thanks

I have had the Apollo Twin for some years, and and I ran Big Sur on my Imac late 2015. Recently I upgraded the UAD software and firmware from 9.14.7 to 9.15.0. After that there has been very short sound-drop-outs on no matter which application I used. These drop-outs are not occurring if I use the internal speakers! The UA support advised me to to upgrade to the latest UAD 10.0.0. which I did, but without any improvement. Then I thought, that 10.0.0. was supposed to be used with Monterey, so I upgraded the Mac OS. Still the same dropouts. Now I have downgraded to UAD 9.14.7, but I still run Monterey. According tour fine explanation I have to downgrade to Big Sur. I´ll do that right away, and thank you, If it works:-)
i have a problem where in ableton on my mac I try to load the output and input source to run the apollo source, but the program itself when i click to choose the apollo sources doesn’t allow me to run the apollo’s source… and a couple of seconds later after me having chosen the apollo source on the in and out, the program completely shuts down and I don’t know why that happens… help? 😢

Just purchased the Apollo x6 heritage edition and a Apple - 27" iMac- Intel Core i5 (3.3GHz) - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD. When I unboxed my iMac it came with the Monterey OS. Apple told me since it came with Monterey I’m unable to downgrade to Big Sur. Which version of UAD should I download?
This is extremely messed up. Like my computer basically forced me to upgrade to monterey cause it was running so slow then once it upgraded, everything stopped working (e.g. FL Studio, Universal Audio, Pro Tools) like what do I do?

i have the mac version before the M1 version 1st came out to market; and the Ableton that I run is the Live 10 version. hope this helps too
