I noticed that if you do not use the grill mat all the breasts came out done at the same time. Use the roasting tray and drip the pan together. The air circulation in the over can do a better job without the grill mat. I used the grill mat in the drip pan instead.
I need to make some chicken breasts for dinner, and I figured I would try to make them in our Ninja Foodi that we got this summer instead of turning on the oven. This helps a lot. Thank you so much!

You should try Cavender’s “all purpose Greek seasoning”, personally I much prefer it to old bay. It’s great every kind of meat and even French fries! I love it most with pork and chicken

Light on the liquid smoke marinated for a minimum of an hour. I do at least 4 hours to overnight. One of my favorite marinades is, Lowery's Hawaiian marinade with about a tablespoon of brown sugar stirred in before you start to to marinate it.

If I were reviewing various cookers when it was first released I probably would have reviewed it. But at this point it's highly priced and there are more economical options. So, I have never tried it.

Why did you take the chicken breasts out of the pyrex casserole dish and put on the rack? I would like to keep them in the pyrex dish.
