Be careful when harvesting ramps. This plant is delicate and you need to only pick one or two from big patches, then move on to the next. It's extremely important that we keep them growing and don't kill them off.
Dryad's saddle/Pheasant back would be a good addition to this. A common mushroom that grows on trees. They have no close look alikes and are great by themselves or used for a soup/stew.
He could do a better job of plant identification as he rushes through the proper identification. His recipes are worth watching, but use other videos for learning to properly identify the correct plant, not a look alike that could be toxic.

Title of the video says Midwest. In the video you talk about the northeast. I don't think Pennsylvania is in the midwest.

Ramps are considered commercially exploited and close to endangered and extinct so while this video is entertaining don't harvest ramps or eat them
only harvest one leaf from each, not the bulbs
