It is beautiful but unfortunately it plays not very good. Tedious stealth and puzzle segments, you are given arbalet with 2 arrows!, those idiotic running segments with reverse perspective. I completed 1/3 of it and overall gameplay is not enjoyable so it is nowhere near a masterpiece.

I completed it and not once in 3 years I wanted to replay it. It says a lot about the game - it was not enjoyable because it was not thoroughly playtested by ordinary people (not by pro gamers). "Those stupid devs" - that's what I was thinking then and unfortunately that's what I am thinking now playing Requiem.

INNOCENCE and REQUIEM are both fantastic gaming experiences. I have beaten them both multiple times and keep coming back to their unmatched medieval universes. I am a huge, huge fan of the A Plague Tale universe, and also hoping for a new third installment.
