That peach tree at the back of the polytunnel is impressive Dan, a lovely shape - as if it grew for its position! Peach leaf curl is a nightmare here, as I often say, probably because we are not really meant to grow peach in our colder climate. Throwing caution to the wind, I have bought 3 peach trees and two apricot (not yet arrived). I planned to place a further peach, an espalier at the back of the greenhouse as a permanent position, the others (in large containers) will go out in the better weather. The way things are going, you won't fit in that tunnel next year, everything is doing so well that space will be at a premium.
I have noticed some music on recent videos, someone on another channel said that UA-cam randomly do this, not sure if you hear it on playback - it makes following the talking harder.

I have been adding the music as part of my Windows Movie Maker editing learning curve! Guard against the leaf curl. Let me know how you get on.

this is one of your best yet Dan really informative when you purchase the peach tree do the tell you what root stock its grafted to? or do you need to ask that question when purchasing

It will normally tell you on the label or website if buying online. If buying a tree where it is unknown then take a guess!

My peach tree has no leaves but buds that are opening up and flowering. It's mid March,
It looks fine other than it has no leaves. The previous owner neglected it and I suspect it was left outside over winter (it's in a pot)
I've cut the dead branches off and topped up the pot with compost because it was lower than 18 inches. It's now inside my house.
It's 6ft tall and I think it's about two years old. I've also given it a seaweed feed.
I've read if it has no leaves it could have root rot? Is this true?
Can anyone give me some tips and info why I don't have any leaves but flower buds.
Much appreciated if anyone can help. 😊
