Ma'am here I have two doubts. The first one is I have read somewhere that if any food is powdered then it's nutrients will be reduced and secondly you have roasted the makhana. According to Ayurveda if anything is cooked then it should be consumed within 3 hours otherwise it starts losing its nutrients. So will this powder be that effective?
