I doubt the cam you modified is the cam that was in the engine when you started the bike. You can't eyeball opening and closing ramps or the ellipse on the base circle. Not to mention that you ground off the hard facing on the original cam. Nice slight of hand tho.
Cam cores are hardened before they are ground so the heat treat extends pretty deep from the surface. The problem with this freehand method of modification is that there is no way to duplicate the results without a master.
It is simply one camshaft destroyed!

Itu alat papas cam shaft bikin sendiri atau beli bang,,rapi bgt alatnya.saya punya alat papas cam seperti itu tapi hasilnya untuk papas kok nggak bisa rata ya,,padahal saya beli di salah satu bengkel balap daerah sini

Или увеличили вазу открытия клапана?

да нет увиличил я так на днепре зделал
@@user-zy7pe9cl2e за счёт чего? Он же на токарном высоту снял, и компенсировал стачиванием задней стороны. Подъем остался прежним. А вот фазы сместились на более раннее открывание и позднее закрывание
@@SCus_lipetsk я высоту кулачка неснимал только базу таким образом и фаза шыре и высота рабочая выше

nice lift 8mm. here we call it sleep cam. because use rocker arm ratio.

@@fiktorrosyidi7752 mungkin yang anda kira berbanding terbalik ketika sudah menemukan profil yang tepat , coba perhatikan pada akhir video (motor hidup) ketika di rpm tinggi minim sekali gas yang keluar menandakan sangat kecil sekali terjadi floating

Фаза перекрытия клапанов не изменилась почти! А значит и толку мало от увеличения открытия клапана
Перекрытие надо было увеличивать ? То есть чтоб кулачки ближе друг у другу были ?
Да изначалная форма почти не изменилось у этого вала не было острого угла изначально
Вы можете по образцу перешлифовать ?

The cheapest and most unprofessional tuning doing for a camshaft. Engine damage is already inevitable. The most important thing is the starting ramp, and that is ignored and destroyed. Simply rubbish!!
Это не спорт.распред.. у спорта перекрытие больше и фазы шире.. а тут.. на хх норм работает... А на спортивном распредвалу холостые обороты ужасные.
I stead of doing all this bullshit, he should have grinded the rockers or loosen tappets.
