3:34 Not to mention that regularly taking vitamin and mineral supplements may provide the body with a greater amount of the compounds that it needs. It can’t always remove the excess quantity of things such as insoluble vitamins, so it will build up in the body over time.
My doctor said that I need a specific vitamin. So I take it. If you don't know whether you have a deficiency, go to a doctor and be sure. I am sure, I passed many tests (blood tests, and other tests). EDIT: I thought I don't have any deficiency and have a balanced diet, but when I saw a doctor because of bad mood, doctor said I had to do many tests.
No actually, I’m sure some are but personally I disliked it because of what she said at 11:26. There are studies that prove the pay gap to be incorrect.
Actually the MSG thing isn't rooted in racism. It's rooted in people with sodium intolerances getting too much at Chinese restaurants including the mono SODIUM glutamate and experiencing vascular symptoms thereafter. This b is pushing her political agenda.
I can see why you get better outcomes with a female doctor. When I have been treated by a female doctor, they have spent more time with me, they asked more questions about my health background including my mental health, and they had much less of an ego compared to male doctors, which made them more comfortable to talk to.
Because dispensing deceptive information tends to be more effective when presented in a calm manner. Of course, if you don't comply with the whims of the medical cult they will attempt to use force.
The temperature, how dry the air is (how much time you spend in AC), how much you sweat, and your salt intake would also be factors on how much water you need.
I once had a friend that got sick fairly often, and would often visit me while sick and I would end up sick too. I thought it wasn't deliberate (just that he was an idiot) til one day he told me "The quickest way to get over something is to give it to someone else". I questioned him on this and he actually believed it. His mother is a nurse, and somehow he still managed to end up with such a backward view on biology. Maybe the reason he got sick so often was because he was around others that believed that too, who knows. Either way, if I still had contact with him I would send him videos like this. I think he needs it.
THANK YOU for addressing MSG. Our company owns a Chinese restaurant, and while we don't add MSG, I hate that I hear people ask if we do, implying that it's really bad for you. One lady said she has an "MSG allergy." SMH. I tell people constantly, but magazines and click bait articles talk to way more people than I do. Edit: And GMO. Don't get me started lol
I don't even know what the chemical components are of MSG but I know that people claiming to have food allergies because they just don't like or want something in their food creates a problem for those of us with actual allergies because restaurant staff sometimes take us less seriously.
MSG allergy cannot exist, as allergies are related to some kind of proteins, and MSG doesn't have any protein. MSG sensitivity however is very real. It's like as if you said nickel allergy isn't real. That's right, nickel allergy doesn't exist, but nickel sensitivity DOES exist and can make you produce histamine responses like actual protein allergies can. So don't go try and prank people who say they are allergic to MSG, they might as well just not know the correct terms for their histamine issues.

EATING A PLACENTA??????
WHAT!?!?! Who in their right mind would do that??? UGH! I really am sick to my stomach now.
Hollywood celebs do it.
it is very common, women keep their placenta's and eat them all of the time. Doctors even ask mothers after they give birth if they want to keep it. I personally know a ton of women that have frozen theirs or turn it into capsules. Ask some mom's and you will probably get the same answer.
I know it sounds pretty disgusting. But it’s supposedly not uncommon

Most of these have that effect. Once you understand the logic then you keep looking back thinking "how was there a time where I thought this was a thing?" xD

@Koolkid I managed to do both at the same time. I learned and evaluated the material against my own medical background AND I noticed she was ridiculously good-looking the whole time. It's not an either/or.

Yeah, that was debunked long ago.
Actually the MSG thing isn't rooted in racism. It's rooted in people with sodium intolerances getting too much at Chinese restaurants including the mono SODIUM glutamate and experiencing vascular symptoms thereafter.

@@mindyg7064 Yes, how dare a man be attracted to a woman.
I can see why you get better outcomes with a female doctor. When I have been treated by a female doctor, they have spent more time with me, they asked more questions about my health background including my mental health, and they had much less of an ego compared to male doctors, which made them more comfortable to talk to.

I’d be so pissed off when I found Out it was on purpose lol...the disrespect

Thank you for your comment on MSG. I grew up during a time where it was all over the news at the time to scare us to avoid Chinese food.

The best cleanse for your regular everyday toxins: drink an appropriate amount of water everyday. Not too much (yes, you can get water toxicity if you drink too much) and not too little (dehydration is bad, yo). Your kidneys do a remarkable job on that stuff.
Water helps the liver function too. I read that in a book written by a doctor.
